Manca poco per la fine dei lavori ma per il momento siamo soddisfatti di quello che abbiamo visto crescere. I thank Ursella and all the staff for their willingness to follow us throughout the project implementation phase, and for the professionalism of all the workers who worked in our house. Little is left for the end of the works but for the moment we are satisfied with what we have seen growing.
m	mara giacomini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 1978, la mia famiglia aveva scelto la costruzione modulare Ursella quale nuova abitazione post terremoto, soprattutto per le sue caratteristiche qualità/prezzo. Recentemente abbiamo eseguito una ristrutturazione dell'edificio che ci ha consentito di valutare in dettaglio la consistenza e tenuta delle strutture, impianti ed isolamenti, a oltre 40 anni dalla loro prima realizzazione. Pur non avendo eseguito, nel periodo, alcuna forma di manutenzione della casa, e dopo un periodo di totale chiusura della stessa, abbiamo effettivamente riscontrato l'ottima tenuta della struttura, l'assenza di infiltrazioni, sia nel sottotetto che nello scantinato, la perfetta tenuta delle parti strutturali, libere da ossidazioni e deterioramento. Aggiungo che il materiale coibentante all'interno di tutte le pareti era, ed è tuttora, perfettamente integro ed efficace, senza alcun cedimento o degrado temporale. La recente ristrutturazione ha aggiunto valore al capitale esistente già verificato sorprendentemente alto. In 1978, my family had chosen the Ursella modular construction as a new post-earthquake home, especially for its quality / price characteristics. Recently we have carried out a renovation of the building which has allowed us to assess in detail the consistency and tightness of the structures, systems and insulation, more than 40 years after their first construction. Although we did not perform any form of house maintenance during the period, and after a period of total closure of the same, we actually found the excellent seal of the structure, the absence of infiltrations, both in the attic and in the basement, the perfect keeping the structural parts free from oxidation and deterioration. I would add that the insulating material inside all the walls was, and still is, perfectly intact and effective, without any failure or temporal degradation. The recent restructuring has added value to existing capital that has already been surprisingly high.

I fatti poi mi hanno dato ragione, in un marasma di problemi burocratici (chiamiamoli così....) che mi sono capitati l'unica certezza che ho avuto è stata la EME Ursella che ha consegnato l'immobile nei tempi previsti ed è intervenuta prontamente ad ogni mia richiesta successiva. Consiglio questo tipo di tecnologia edilizia e in particolare la EME Ursella. I must say that from the first interview I had convinced myself to build a house with them. The facts then proved me right, in a chaos of bureaucratic problems (let's call them that ....) that happened to me the only certainty I had was the EME Ursella who delivered the property on schedule and intervened promptly for all my subsequent requests. I recommend this type of building technology and in particular EME Ursella.

Tolgo una stella in attesa della risoluzione dei problemi riscontrati e non ancora risolti. After 3 years, I can affirm the goodness of the construction, but the after-sales problem solving is not as I imagined. I remove a star pending resolution of the problems encountered and not yet resolved.
