★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non potendo rispondere sotto al messaggio di mesi fa, in cui dite che non vi torna quanto ho scritto, ecco i dettagli: si tratta di una villa in via Dietro il castello a Caneva, gestita dal vostro agente Valter, il quale dopo solo una visita ha insistito più volte facendo pressioni per concludere l’affare, e poi di punto in bianco non ha più risposto a telefonate o messaggi, neanche per informarci se l’immobile era stato venduto. Dettaglio da non tralasciare, l’immobile aveva più di metà superficie NON ABITABILE in quanto abusiva, e necessitava di sanatoria, ma l’agente NON HA MAI FATTO MINIMAMENTE PAROLA di questo con noi, nonostante i numerosissimi contatti. Sono questi i comportamenti che rovinano la reputazione della categoria. Vergognoso.
 Not being able to reply to the message from months ago, in which you say that what I wrote does not return, here are the details: it is a villa in via Dietro il castello in Caneva, managed by your agent Valter, who after only one visit he insisted several times, putting pressure on him to close the deal, and then out of the blue he no longer answered phone calls or messages, not even to inform us if the property had been sold. Detail not to be overlooked, the property had more than half the surface NOT HABITABLE as it was abusive, and needed an amnesty, but the agent HAS NEVER MENTIONALLY DID A WORD of this with us, despite the numerous contacts. These are the behaviors that ruin the reputation of the category. Shameful.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità delle addette è giusta.
L'unica pecca, chiaramente, è il non supporto degli inquilini nonostante i proprietari siano persone scorrette e maleducate oltre che ignoranti. Questo è comunque quello che avviene nella maggior parte delle agenzie di questo genere

E’ una realta’ ben strutturata sia per gli affitti sia per la compravendita, adatta che per chi cerca professionalita’, precisione ed affidabilita’. Uno dei punti forti che ho personalmente apprezzato e’ la capacita’ di fornire servizi a 360 gradi all’utente, grazie all’eccellente esperienza di Alberto e Walter nonche’ alle eccellenti connessioni con altri professionisti del settore (geometri, ingegneri e notai) che indubbiamente facilitano il processo.
