★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tralasciando il comparto vendita del nuovo per il quale nulla posso riferire, per quello dell'officina meccanica, alla luce della mia esperienza, sconsiglio vivamente di avventurarsi ad effettuare riparazioni specialmente di veicoli storici. Se proprio è inevitabile recarcisi consiglio di prestare inoltre la massima attenzione durante la fase del check in della vettura documentando lo stato della carrozzeria perchè potreste ritrovare brutte sorprese al chek out. Esperienza pessima in entrambe le occasioni in cui ho portato la mia 850i. Si tratta di una concessionaria che ha perso molto dello smalto e della brillantezza di un tempo.
Leaving aside the sales sector of the new one for which I can report nothing, for that of the mechanical workshop, in the light of my experience, I strongly advise against venturing to carry out repairs especially of historic vehicles. If it is inevitable to go there, I also recommend paying the utmost attention during the check-in phase of the car, documenting the state of the bodywork because you could find nasty surprises when checking out. Bad experience on both occasions I've brought my 850i. This is a dealership that has lost a lot of the polish and shine of the past.

I was welcomed directly by Mr. Antonio Di Patrizio and brother in an exemplary way where friendliness, kindness and professionalism
they harbor in their DNA. They took care of it, personally. of my car. Once I became aware of my BMW's fault, I was cordially reassured of the work they would do.
Recommended ? No .... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale dipendente a mio avviso altamente qualificato, riguardo le riparazioni auto diciamo che vengono fatte bene merito dell’esperienza dei meccanici, l’unico piccolo problema è la serietà e l’essere Onesti di chi comanda che spesso vengono a mancare… io personalmente conosco molto bene la mia vettura, mi accorgo di ogni singolo cambiamento di dove è stato smontato e dove non, se è stato cambiato un cavo elettrico della ventola oppure uno spinotto difettoso! Ricordo mio padre marchiava i filtri e poi portava la macchina a fare il tagliando, quando poi riprendeva l’auto controllava se c’era ancora il suo marchio oppure se erano stati cambiati.. il mondo purtroppo gira così..
The highly qualified employees in my opinion, with regard to car repairs we say that they are done well thanks to the experience of the mechanics, the only small problem is the seriousness and being honest of those in charge who often fail ... I personally know my car very well, I notice every single change of where it was disassembled and where not, if an electric cable of the fan or a faulty plug has been changed! I remember my father branded the filters and then took the car to get a service, then when he took the car back he checked if his brand was still there or if they had been changed .. unfortunately the world turns like this ..
