In cottura non ha perso un millimetro, sia al sangue che molto cotta la carne risulta tenera e gustosa, senza usare insaporitori o spezie varie. Ho avuto anche occasione di parlare con i ragazzi della cascina Gandiolo, che in poche parole mi hanno trasmesso tutta la passione e l'attenzione che ci mettono nella cura del bestiame, sia nella nutrizione che nella gestione quotidiana. Bravi ragazzi e complimenti per gli ottimi prodotti. Consigliatissimi
