Per non parlare delle creme.. Divine. Le consiglio sempre a tutti. Since I tasted Cascina Bonfiglio jams for the first time, I have never gone back. They are the best I have ever tasted. Not to mention the creams .. Divine. I always recommend them to everyone.

Cercavo delle confetture con tanta frutta e mi sono imbattuta nei prodotti della Cascina Bonfiglio incuriosita in particolare dalla confettura di gelsi che non avevo mai assaggiato. Cosi' ho ordinato diversi gusti. Appena arrivata ci siamo precipitati tutti per assaggiarla: e' buonissima, profumata, sembra proprio fatta in casa, si sente la polpa della frutta e nessuna acidita'! Mi ha ricordato il sapore e la consistenza delle marmellate che mangiavo da bambina quando qualcuno le faceva ancora in casa. Ma credo che il sole e il clima della Sicilia facciano una ulteriore differenza unite alla lavorazione artigianale! Niente a che vedere con altre che ho mangiato nonostante abbia sempre acquistato prodotti ottimi e bio. Anche il prezzo a mio avviso e' piu' che onesto considerando la quantita' di frutta impiegata. Le riacquistero' appena saranno finite perche' sono davvero eccezionali e assaggero' anche altri prodotti. Inoltre, avendo avuto occasione di contattatare l'Azienda, devo dire che sono davvero gentilissimi e disponibili. I state that I live in Latina and I am in love with the products of our beautiful Sicily: ancient grain flours, pasta, tomatoes ... I was looking for jams with lots of fruit and I came across the products of Cascina Bonfiglio intrigued in particular by the mulberry jam that I had never tasted. So I ordered several flavors. As soon as we arrived, we all rushed to taste it: it is very good, fragrant, it looks really homemade, you can hear the fruit pulp and no acidity! It reminded me of the flavor and texture of the jams I used to eat when I was a child when someone still made them at home. But I believe that the sun and the climate of Sicily make a further difference combined with craftsmanship! Nothing to do with others I have eaten despite having always bought excellent and organic products. Also the price in my opinion is more than fair considering the quantity of fruit used. The repurchases' as soon as they are finished because they are truly exceptional and I will also taste other products. Furthermore, having had the opportunity to contact the Company, I must say that they are really very kind and helpful.

Per ora sono solo al primo ordine che comprendeva qualche crema e confettura ma, sicuramente, ne seguiranno altri data la elevata qualità degli articoli assaggiati.
