o	oblias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ è stato molto bello visitare questo posto, purtroppo ci siamo persi il bello: Non abbiamo potuto percorrere l'ultimo step che ci avrebbe portato a vedere le cascate, perché, il percorso ad un certo punto diventa molto molto ripido, e tra l'altro il sentiero non si riusciva a vedere per via della vegetazione alta e rigogliosa, quindi abbiamo preferito non metterci nei guai dato che eravamo solo in due e gli unici a solcare quel livello. Sicuramente andate con attrezzatura da trekking. Il percorso in alcuni tratti è molto scivoloso, quindi una buona scarpa vi aiuterà a non farvi male. Il percorso fino al punto panoramico è una passeggiata abbastanza agevole e quasi sempre al fresco tranne un piccolo tratto con dislivello di una 40° di metri non coperto da alberi nella parte finale del sentiero. Il percorso si può effettuare in tranquillità in circa 45 minuti, lungo il percorso una fontanella permette di ristorarsi. A	Agostino Cartone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insieme ad altri due amici motociclisti siamo partiti senza alcuna metà verso Gambarie in cerca di refrigerio, sulla costa cera vento di scirocco e oltre 30 gradi, si siamo imbattuti nella segnaletica e con molto entusiasmo abbiamo iniziato l'avventura, il percorso è stato molto facile, la segnaletica era molto precisa e ben visibile, fino al punto panoramico è stata una passeggiata, poi il percorso si è fatto più impegnativo, ma quando abbiamo raggiunto le cascate la fatica è stata ben ripiegata da una vista mozzafiato, e da un posto che sembrava incantato. D	Daniele Casarola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spettacolari! Parcheggiando l’auto alla diga del menta le cascate sono raggiungibili a piedi in circa 50 minuti! Un primo chilometri su strada asfaltata per raggiungere l’inizio del sentiero, poi un sentiero segnalato diviso in tre parti di difficoltà: turistico, escursionistico ed escursionistico esperti. Al termine del sentiero segnalato e’ possibile arrivare fin sotto le cascate seguendo il corso del fiume (attraversando il fiume in un paio di punti) per circa 5 minuti. Per arrivare li alle cascate bisogna camminare per circa un'oretta con un piccolo pezzo finale un pochino più ripido e impervio. Dalla diga del menta si scende e si arriva al parcheggio dove inizia il percorso di circa 2km. Da rivedere sicuramente Magnificent place surrounded by total nature. t	tanezky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hike, well marked, quite steep in the final part but totally worth it! The starting point is at the the Menta river Dam, behind the pink house. Make sure you go all the way down the river and walk back to the waterfall for a refreshing bath!

During the pick summer period consider the difficulties of walking under the sun! 1) the first part is simple, turistic, and will bring you in 20 minutes in the middle of the forest to a small river and pick nick tables. 2) continuing along the hike for other 20 minutes you will reach the main and Astonishing view point of the waterfall, (once at the view-point sign continue for other 10 minutes!). this part of the hike is still easy, but more careful is required. 3) from the main view-point a steep hike will bring you down to the river in about 20 minutes. To reach the waterfall from the river it is necessary to walk up the river along unsigned path crossing the river one or two times. At this point is possible to swim into the refreshing river.
