K	Kevin Vendrame on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo percorso della durata di un paio d'ore con partenza da San Benedetto, consiglio l'uso di scarpe da trekking, lungo il percorso 407 ci sono tantissime zone in cui si può sostare e fare il bagno. Beautiful route lasting a couple of hours starting from San Benedetto, I recommend the use of hiking shoes, along the route 407 there are many areas where you can stop and swim.

f	francesca biagini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella camminata in mezzo alla natura, il percorso non è adatto a passeggini, ma i bimbi piccoli con un po' di aiuto riescono facilmente a fare il percorso, lungo il sentiero ci sono due piccoli rifugi attrezzati di camino, e tavoli. Il periodo autunnale è il più adatto per la passeggiata il bosco offre i suoi colori più belli. G	GuiDa 969 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo torrente con acqua color smeraldo e con interessanti e belle cascate contornato da un bosco ancora spoglio ma incantevole. Tornerò per i colori d'autunno. Beautiful stream with emerald-colored water and with interesting and beautiful waterfalls surrounded by a still bare but enchanting forest. I'll be back for the fall colors.
E	Elena Bagnari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il sentiero CAI 407 per raggiungere la cascata è molto bello. Non è per tutti però perché ci sono vari punti ripidi, faticosi e dissestati. Purtroppo la cascata era priva d acqua, ( io ci sono andata il 12 settembre) completamente asciutta perché quest estate non ha piovuto....peccato!! Poco più avanti però ce n è un altra, più piccola, la cascata del Lavane, molto carina dove si può fare il bagno. Il paesaggio è bellissimo, praticamente quasi tutto all ombra. Ci sono vari punti dove potersi fermare per una sosta o per ammirare le meraviglie della natura nonché il silenzio rigenerante. Molto bello a mio avviso, dietro al mulino dei Romiti. Ci siamo fermati a pranzare sul corso d' acqua ascoltando la pace di quel luogo, appartati. Lungo il percorso si trovano diversi tavoli con panche dove poter sostare. Consiglio di usare preferibilmente scarpe da trekking e di portarsi dietro tanta acqua da bere. The CAI 407 path to reach the waterfall is very beautiful. It is not for everyone, however, because there are various steep, tiring and bumpy points. Unfortunately the waterfall was devoid of water, (I went there on September 12th) completely dry because it didn't rain this summer .... a pity !! A little further on, however, there is another, smaller one, the Lavane waterfall, very nice where you can swim. The landscape is beautiful, practically almost everything in the shade. There are various points where you can stop for a break or to admire the wonders of nature as well as the regenerating silence. Very nice in my opinion, behind the Romiti mill. We stopped for lunch on the watercourse listening to the peace of that place, secluded. Along the way there are several tables with benches where you can stop. I recommend that you preferably use hiking shoes and bring plenty of water to drink.
