L'host è cordiale e premuroso. Super consigliata The facility is beautiful, strategically located just outside the city but within 5 minutes you're in town. The rooms are bright, comfortable, large and clean. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. Super recommended

Colazione essenziale ma anche quella di qualità. Basti pensare alla nespresso sempre disponibile nella sala colazione. Proprietario molto cortese e disponibile. Prezzo ottimo. Peccato per le scale di ingresso che, seppure di grande effetto, sono un limite per chi ha problemi di deambulazione. Parcheggio su strada li ero o dentro la struttura a pagamento. Prezzo ok in rapporto alla qualità, anche se la struttura è un po' distante a piedi dal centro. Consigliata la macchina. New and stylish. Fresh and with quality furnishings. Nice and useful the choice to manage some room lights with Amazon Alexa. Basic breakfast but also the quality one. Just think of the nespresso always available in the breakfast room. Very courteous and helpful owner. Great price. Too bad for the entrance stairs which, although highly effective, are a limit for those with walking problems. Parking on the street I was there or inside the structure for a fee. Price ok in relation to quality, even if the structure is a bit far from the center on foot. Machine recommended.

B	Barbara C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione: struttura in una zona residenziale appena al di fuori del centro di Catania, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto (noi abbiamo usato l'autobus). Da lì è anche possibile raggiungere la partenza dei sentieri per salire sull'Etna senza dover attraversare il centro di Catania. Parcheggio: è presente un cortile interno dove è possibile parcheggiare in sicurezza. Check-in: super apprezzata l'assenza di un check-in "personale", abbiamo inviato al proprietario i documenti tramite whatsapp, l'accesso alla camera avviene tramite codice per cui non è necessario essere in possesso di chiavi. Molto comodo per noi che eravamo in moto e siamo arrivati tardi (ore 22) senza necessità di dover avvisare. Camera: camera e bagno degni di un hotel cinque stelle, arredamento moderno e pulizia impeccabile. Apprezzato il tocco di modernità dato da Alexa, arrivati in camera con la voce accendevamo le luci e mettevamo la musica. Materasso in Memory molto comodo. Colazione: è presente una sala colazione comune anche ad un'altra camera con buona offerta di prodotti confezionati. Personale: ho contattato il responsabile per qualche piccola esigenza su WhatsApp (come raggiungere il centro, ecc) e mi ha sempre dato tutti i consigli rispondendomi immediatamente. Prezzo: prezzo assolutamente nella norma, anzi direi basso per tutti i punti sopra. Location: structure in a residential area just outside the center of Catania, easily accessible by means of transport (we used the bus). From there it is also possible to reach the departure of the paths to climb Mount Etna without having to cross the center of Catania. Parking: there is an internal courtyard where it is possible to park safely. Check-in: super appreciated the absence of a "personal" check-in, we sent the documents to the owner via whatsapp, access to the room is via code so it is not necessary to be in possession of keys. Very convenient for us who were on motorcycles and arrived late (10pm) without having to notify. Room: room and bathroom worthy of a five-star hotel, modern furnishings and impeccable cleanliness. Appreciated the touch of modernity given by Alexa, arrived in the room with the voice we turned on the lights and put on the music. Very comfortable memory mattress. Breakfast: there is a breakfast room common to another room with a good offer of packaged products. Staff: I contacted the manager for some small need on WhatsApp (how to reach the center, etc.) and he always gave me all the advice and answered me immediately. Price: absolutely normal price, indeed I would say low for all the points above.
