Dopo aver lasciato il berretto al suo interno a seguito di un acquisto, siamo tornati per recuperarlo.
Un dipendente ci ha detto che era stato messo al piano terra, siamo scesi e ci è stato risposto "avrete capito male", senza curarsi di verificare.
Bassa serietà e professionalità, pessima esperienza.
Ps: il berretto era di marca ?

After leaving the cap inside following a purchase, we returned to retrieve it.
An employee told us that it had been placed on the ground floor, we went down and we were told "you must have misunderstood", without bothering to verify.
Low seriousness and professionalism, bad experience.
Ps: the cap was branded ?
