★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza terribile: il mio ragazzo doveva aggiustare un piccolo perno ad un bracciale d'acciaio e ha portato un mese e mezzo fa il pezzo dal gioielliere. È ritornato 3 volte a chiedere del bracciale e il commesso/proprietario, sempre impegnato al telefono, ha preso il suo nominativo e numero per ben due volte dicendo me lo segno e la richiamo. Oggi, dopo ben 40 giorni, ripassando il mio ragazzo chiede se può essergli restituito il bracciale: gli viene consegnato e paga ben 15 euro di manodopera SENZA RICEVUTA!!!!!
Terrible experience: my boyfriend had to fix a small pin to a steel bracelet and he took the piece to the jeweler a month and a half ago. He returned 3 times to ask for the bracelet and the salesman / owner, always busy on the phone, took his name and number twice, telling me to sign it and call her back. Today, after 40 days, passing by my boyfriend asks if the bracelet can be returned: it is delivered and he pays 15 euros for labor WITHOUT RECEIPT !!!!!
