Piano snack progettato da un ragazzo che adesso non lavora più con loro e quindi l'errore è addebitabile (secondo loro) a questo povero cristiano. Accettiamo di pagare un pezzo per sistemare il piano snack ma da 1 anno e mezzo solo prese in giro. L'ultima volta mi è stato detto che il pezzo è stato perso. Ad una mia ennesima telefonata nel periodo natalizio scorso mi risponde un tizio che mi prende anche in giro al telefono credendo di fare il simpatico. La pubblicità ve la fate da soli ogni volta che qualcuno viene a casa nostra e vede quel piano snack. Non abbiamo bisogno di parlare. Non-existent after-sales assistance. For 2 years with a non-working but paid door damper! Snack plan designed by a boy who no longer works with them and therefore the error is (according to them) due to this poor Christian. We agree to pay a piece to fix the snack plan but for 1 year and a half only teasing. Last time I was told that the piece was lost. To one of my umpteenth phone calls during the last Christmas period, a guy answers me who also teases me on the phone thinking he is being nice. Chiamato varie volte, inviato email ma secondo loro la colpa è mia che ho accettato il loro progetto . In risposta alla sua : Non sono passati 3 anni ma 2 anni e non ho assolutamente insistito nel voler il Fenix , di cui non conoscevo neanche l'esistenza . Di seguito riporto le risposte PEC dell'azienda costruttrice ARAN ( da me contattata ) che ha evidenziato , tra l'altro , l'inadeguatezza del lamierino inox fornito : " La presenza della lamiera in acciaio, senza schermo isolante posteriore, ha amplificato e concentrato il calore sempre sulla stessa zona che poi è esplosa." " L’idea della paratia sembra essere, di per sé, illogica." They designed a kitchen with a back panel made of unsuitable material, in fact with the use of the stove it cracked. V	VERIFICATORE INDIPENDENTE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valuto 1 stella per il modo con cui risponde alla sua clientela ; molte aziende , tra cui alcune che Lei tratta , affidano ad agenzie il compito di verificare l'indice di gradimento dei loro rivenditori e purtroppo il suo modo di controbattere a giuste o ingiuste segnalazioni dei suoi clienti è mal gradito ai miei clienti; non intervengo mai nelle recensioni ma questa volta non ho potuto farne a meno . Gia il fatto che rispondiate dopo 6 mesi fa ridere (piangere sarebbe troppo).
