E	Eleonora Castelnuovo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nostra esperienza nell’appartamento nel corpo centrale gestito da un’agenzia è stata a dir poco negativa. Sporco ovunque, ripiani della cucina con ancora resti di cibo, nessuna cura nell’arredo, vecchio e sporco. Impianto elettrico non a norma con fili scoperti. Decisamente non adatto a dei bambini data l’incuria. Bagno con sanitari fatiscenti. Purtroppo l’agenzia si è limitata a gestire solo in minima parte i problemi, con un rimborso irrisorio rispetto all’importo versato. Sicuramente un’esperienza che non ripeteremo. Our experience in the apartment in the central body managed by an agency was negative to say the least. Dirty everywhere, shelves of the kitchen with still remains of food, no care in furnishing, old and dirty. Electrical system not compliant with bare wires. Definitely not suitable for children due to neglect. Bathroom with crumbling sanitary ware. Unfortunately the agency has limited itself to managing only a small part of the problems, with a paltry reimbursement compared to the amount paid. Definitely an experience that we will not repeat.
p	pietro vicentini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad un passo dalla spiaggia e dagli stabilimenti si apre questa vera e propria oasi dove si miscelano cura per l'ambiente, simpatia, tranquillità..... giudizio sicuramente positivo! One step away from the beach and the establishments opens this real oasis where care for the environment, friendliness, tranquility are mixed ..... definitely positive judgment!
P	Pao La on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella posizione, all'interno dell'oasi WWF e vicino alla spiaggia, la struttura però è di livello inferiore, sono presenti grande camerate con letti a castello e bagni in comune. Il servizio è inesistente, bisogna prepararsi da soli i letti e la tavola per i pasti, il cibo non è male ma sembra di essere in una caserma e il prezzo comunque è troppo elevato . Beautiful location, inside the WWF oasis and close to the beach, however, the structure is on a lower level, there are large dormitories with bunk beds and shared bathrooms. The service is non-existent, you have to prepare yourself the beds and the table for meals, the food is not bad but it seems to be in a barracks and the price is still too high.
M	Mauro Zannoncini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo casale. Ottimo la posizione, lontana dai rumori e alla sera veramente fresco. La spiaggia libera è a pochi passi... A circa 2 km si trova un market dove si possono prenotando farsi preparare pranzi al sacco. Affianco anche il bar e pizzeria. L'unica pecca che possiamo dire e che non mi permette di dare 4 stelle è stata la pulizia del locale e soprattutto l'asse copri wc che va assolutamente sostituito e non verniciato con la tempera da muro! Noi appena entrati, ovviamente abbiamo pulito il bagno con prodotti normalissimi di pulizie e per colpa di quello, abbiamo passato più di 2 ore per togliere la pittura da tale accessorio. Che dire, perdere punti per 20-25€ di tavoletta non mi sembra veramente il caso. Altro consiglio che do hai futuri inquilini, è di tenere sempre la porta ingresso dello stabile sempre chiusa. Eviterete l'ingresso di mosche e zanzare. Buona vacanza Good morning I and my family spent a week in this house. Great location, away from the noise and really cool night. The free beach is just a few steps away ... At about 2 km there is a market where you can book packed lunches. Beside also a bar and pizzeria. The only flaw we can say and that does not allow me to give 4 stars was the cleanliness of the room and above all the toilet cover board that must absolutely be replaced and not painted with wall paint! We just entered, of course we cleaned the bathroom with normal cleaning products and because of that, we spent more than 2 hours to remove the paint from this accessory. What, lose points for 20-25 € tablet did not really seem the case. Another advice I give you future tenants is to always keep the entrance door of the building always closed. You will avoid the entry of flies and mosquitoes. Good holiday

Abbiamo conosciuto questa interessante realtà nell'estate 2017 e quest'anno ci siamo tornati, prima di ferragosto. The ancient farmhouse in the center of the Tombolo della Giannella, between the sea and the western lagoon WWF Oasis, offers a unique opportunity to live unique experiences of environmental and seaside tourism: the association that manages it offers interesting educational activities, offers services of guesthouses and restaurants according to criteria of ecology and sustainability, tradition and seasonality. We met this interesting reality in the summer of 2017 and this year we went back, before mid-August.
P	Patrizia Fanciulli (Patty) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un luogo incantato nel cuore del Tombolo della Giannella..questo antico casale spagnolo diverse volte ristrutturato nel corso dei secoli fa sognare...il verde che lo avvolge fa sentire il visitatore immerso nella natura incontaminata...fino ad arrivare alla visuale di un romantico laghetto con un ponticello in legno che è un opera d arte ....più in là si può godere della vista della laguna con in lontananza Orbetello...molto accoglienti le due gentilissima operatrici del wwf....vale veramente la pena di andarci per osservare la flora e la fauna del luogo... An enchanted place in the heart of the Tombolo della Giannella ... this ancient Spanish farmhouse renovated several times over the centuries makes you dream ... the green that surrounds it makes the visitor feel immersed in unspoiled nature ... until you get to the view of a romantic lake with a wooden bridge that is a work of art .... further on you can enjoy the view of the lagoon with Orbetello in the distance ... the two very kind wwf operators are very welcoming .... it is really worth to go there to observe the flora and fauna of the place ...
M	Maria Vittoria Barreca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'atmosfera è graziosa e gli spazi piacevoli anche per le famiglie con bambini, questi ultimi possono correre e giocare nei vasti prati. La locanda è fantastica con dei piatti dai gusti autentici. Gli alloggi sono semplici e funzionali. Mi raccomando però la parte gestita dal WWF!!!! The atmosphere is nice and the spaces pleasant also for families with children, the latter can run and play in the vast lawns. The inn is fantastic with authentic dishes. The accommodations are simple and functional. I recommend, however, the part managed by the WWF !!!!

Nice place, perhaps poorly signposted (it is use of the territory, not only of the oasis) it opens in the we in this period ?? but seen from the outside, the Spanish farmhouse is also beautiful to see, as is the surrounding area ??
