Gli interni sono forse meno curati ma offrono nel caso opportuno riparo in caso di maltempo. Ci sono stato più volte e ci torno sempre volentieri! Pleasant place, usable and well-kept outdoor spaces (except for the football pitch on which, however, children still spend most of their time!). The interiors are perhaps less cared for but offer shelter in case of bad weather. I have been there several times and always go back willingly!

Necessiterebbe di manutenzione come una imbiancata alle pareti ed una pulizia della pavimentazioni. It is a villa south of Civitavecchia used to rent it for private parties. I didn't like it because I found it badly maintained. It would require maintenance such as whitewashing the walls and cleaning the floors.

Ampio parcheggio situato proprio di fronte all'entrata dello stabile che possiede anche un giardino e un cortile in cemento. Sinceramente non so i costi perché sono stato invitato. Nel mio caso hanno fornito anche il catering. Beautiful location, not excellent, but still good for parties, birthdays, refreshments etc ... Large parking lot located right in front of the entrance of the building which also has a garden and a concrete courtyard. I honestly don't know the costs because I was invited. In my case they also provided catering.
