F	Fabrizio Lana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accoglienza ottima ma soprattutto se arrivi un pò spaesato, Fabrizio e Cristina, ti fanno sentire come a casa e apprezzare subito la Sicilia. Stanza spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa. Colazione a buffet con prodotti selezionati sulla terrazza, con stupendo panorama. Consigliato per visitare i dintorni. Excellent reception but above all if you arrive a little lost, Fabrizio and Cristina, make you feel at home and immediately appreciate Sicily. Spacious, clean and quiet room. Buffet breakfast with selected products on the terrace, with a wonderful view. Recommended for visiting the surroundings.

Personale e proprieta' molto disponibili ma soprattutto persone SERIE!!! L'unica nota stonata il parcheggio lo trovi ad un centinaio di metri dall'ingresso. D	Daniela Angelini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato con la mia famiglia presso questa struttura nel periodo tra il 02/08 e 09/08, siamo arrivati in struttura verso le 19 e 30 accolti da una ragazza addetta all'apertura delle stanze,senza fare check in e comunicandoci di aspettare il titolare di nome Fabrizio. La ragazza ci fa accomodare in camera, ci rendiamo subito conto che la camera non corrisponde alla camera riservata come da accordi presi col sig.fabrizio in quanto la camera non era stata neanche sanificata presentando sporco all'interno. Avendo fatto subito presente l'inadeguatezza della camera alla ragazza presente decidiamo di andarcene spazientiti senza aver visto l'ombra del titolare dopo 2 ore. Alla mezzanotte il sig.fabrizio ci scrive con messaggio whatsapp comunicandoci di aver prelevato l'intero importo del soggiorno con addebito su carta di credito. Dopo che abbiamo dovuto trovare nuova sistemazione alle 22 della stessa sera presso altra struttura. Visto quanto accaduto siamo stati costretti il giorno successivo nel recarci alla guardia di finanza denunciando il fatto. Premesso che le modalità di cancellazione date dal titolare non prevedono il prelievo dell'intero importo qualora la persona si presenti in struttura,cosa da noi effettuata. Allego qui presente le modalità di cancellazione inviateci. Confidiamo nella giustizia italiana ed occhio alle truffe che questi presunti gestori non professionali si permettono di fare. We booked with my family at this property in the period between 02/08 and 09/08, we arrived at the structure around 7.30 pm greeted by a girl in charge of opening the rooms, without checking in and telling us to wait for the owner named Fabrizio. The girl makes us sit in the room, we immediately realize that the room does not correspond to the reserved room as agreed with sig.fabrizio as the room had not even been sanitized presenting dirt inside. Having immediately pointed out the inadequacy of the room to the girl present, we decide to leave impatiently without having seen the shadow of the owner after 2 hours. At midnight Mr. fabrizio writes us with a whatsapp message telling us that he has withdrawn the entire amount of the stay by charging his credit card. After we had to find new accommodation at 10pm the same evening at another facility. Given what happened the next day we were forced to go to the financial police denouncing the fact. Given that the cancellation methods given by the owner do not provide for the withdrawal of the entire amount if the person shows up at the structure, which we do. I attach here the cancellation procedures sent to us. We trust in Italian justice and beware of the scams that these alleged unprofessional managers allow themselves to do.

Sanificazione inesistente, mai cambiato le lenzuola e le asciugamani che ho trovato con varie macchie. Avrei da scrivere molto altro ma mi fermo qui. Il posto lo sconsiglio. Gente inaffidabile Dirty and desolate place. The rooms did not correspond to the request. Non-existent sanitation, never changed the sheets and towels which I found with various stains. I would have much more to write but I'll stop here. The place I do not recommend. Unreliable people
S	Silvio Parisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La camera che ci è stata assegnata non la si vede nelle foto di descrizione del b&b, anzi solo b, perché la colazione non è compresa, vederla in foto ci avrebbe fatto risparmiare soldi e tempo... Camera poco curata e abbastanza sporca, lenzuola macchiate e water anche peggio, malgrado il proprietario abbia mostrato gentilezza e disponibilità nei nostri confronti, non bastava a recuperare le notevoli pecche che presentava la camera, pertanto abbiamo deciso di trascorrere solamente una notte, non potevamo resistere un giorno in più. The room that has been assigned to us is not seen in the description photos of the b & b, rather only b, because breakfast is not included, seeing it in the photo would have saved us money and time ... stained and toilet even worse, despite the owner has shown kindness and availability towards us, it was not enough to recover the significant flaws that presented the room, so we decided to spend only one night, we could not resist one more day.

Inoltre la biancheria da bagno non era pulita, presentava delle macchie e sulle lenzuola c'era della sabbia. Stay for four nights. Very small room, change of towels only because requested after two days while the bed linen never changed. In addition, the bathroom linen was not clean, it had stains and there was sand on the sheets.

The meager breakfast consisted of old hard pies and cakes. Fabrizio himself all the time tried to withdraw money for anything else. The terrible smell of sewage and garbage that came from everywhere. The rooms are not cleaned at all, the bed is changed every two weeks, with towels the same situation. Only when I asked, they change the bedding. I strongly do not recommend this place to stay! Worst place in this city!

Clean and comfy, with plenty of space and balcony overlooking the valley and the sunset on the seaside. The place is near San Vito Lo Capo, Trapani and Marsala. Seats in the middle of olive trees, within a quite and peaceful area. The owner is friendly and very helpful, he spent an hour telling us where to go and where to eat. Me and my wife travel regularly every few months, never found such a paradise for this price. We never write reviews but this place really deserves a thousand words!! Thanks for the hospitality and we'll be back soon!
