R	Rossella Gramegna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incredibilmente maleducato: dopo aver letto un annuncio pubblicato in internet dalla stessa agenzia, decido di chiamare in sede(Altamura).. risponde un ragazzo, che se pur indaffarato, non aveva alcun diritto di trattarmi in quel modo. Dopo una frettolosa risposta in cui mi si diceva che l'agenzia non si occupava più di quella vendita (che credo anche sia stato solo un modo per chiudere velocemente la chiamata, perdendo la trattativa) decide che la cosa migliore fosse quella di riagganciare. Avrei preferito non mi rispondesse. Incredibly rude staff: after reading an advertisement published on the internet by the same agency, I decide to call the office (Altamura) .. answers a guy, who although busy, had no right to treat me that way. After a hasty reply in which I was told that the agency was no longer dealing with that sale (which I also believe was just a way to quickly close the call, losing the deal) he decided that the best thing was to hang up.
