Un'esperienza terribile, i pezzi dei mobili imballati con l'essenziale, pannelli da 12kg dentro a un semplice cartone, senza alcuna protezione sugli angoli, ovviamente i pezzi arrivano rotti, e a nessuno fa piacere ricevere un mobile ben pagato rotto, ma può capitare. Certo è che si poteva evitare investendo 50 centesimi in protezioni angolari. Ma il problema continua, inviano i pezzi in sostituzione, imballati allo stesso identico modo e nuovamente rotti. La loro risposta qual'è? Se voglio i pezzi integri devo pagarli, oltre al costo già versato all'acquisto. Non voglio dilungarmi nel descrivere l'insolenza del loro servizio clienti! Aggiungo però che promettono la consegna entro una tale data che non viene rispettata e in più ti dicono che la consegna verrà concordata tramite telefonata, ma non è vero in entrambe le consegne il corriere si è presentato a casa a sorpresa! Sto cercando di riottenere i miei soldi per questo acquisto ma mi negano anche la garanzia dicendo che è stata mia incuria. I messaggi del centro assistenza sono senza senso e sarcastici. I prodotti sono di ottima qualità, la consolle allungabile (il prodotto che mi preoccupava maggiormente in termini di stabilità) è comoda, stabile e si apre/chiude in pochi secondi. La stiamo utilizzando ogni giorno (aprendola in pausa pranzo) da oltre 4 mesi ed è perfetta. Segnalo positivamente anche l’imballaggio del tavolino in vetro curvato: l’imballaggio di legno è assolutamente anti rottura. In ultimo, date le varie domande che avevo prima dell’acquisto, segnalo il customer service: gentili e a disposizione, mi hanno anche invitato a contattarli nel momento di consegna dei prodotti per dubbi sul montaggio della consolle. Tempistiche di consegna come segnalato nel sito. Comprerò un’altra consolle per casa a breve data la mia soddisfazione sul prodotto. I bought several products on Casarredostudio.it for my company.
