 It is hard to imagine that it is possible, but true, to become the hero of a Baroque novel in Florence, in its heart, in a secret apartment building with arched vaults, a well courtyard and the Uffizi Gallery for 300 meters.

Arredamento essenziale ma in ottime condizioni e stanze molto pulite.
Presenza di un bel gazebo all'esterno (cortile).
Unica pecca, è un open space quindi non c'è molta privacy nelle due aree riposo.
Prezzo davvero conveniente (20€ cad. in 4, ad inizio dicembre).
Great location (2 minutes walk from Ponte vecchio).
Essential furnishings but in excellent condition and very clean rooms.
Presence of a beautiful gazebo outside (courtyard).
The only flaw, it is an open space so there is not much privacy in the two rest areas.
Very affordable price (€ 20 each in 4, at the beginning of December).

È situato in un palazzo storico di Firenze, a due passi dal ponte vecchio e a tutto ciò di cui si può necessitare.
Il personale è stato accogliente, ci ha dato anche in omaggio una bottiglia di vino bianco molto buono.
Consiglio questo piccolo appartamento solo per le coppie giovani
I just spent 5 days in this cozy apartment.
It is located in a historic building in Florence, a stone's throw from the old bridge and everything you may need.
The staff were welcoming, even gave us a complimentary bottle of very good white wine.
I recommend this small apartment for young couples only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very clean, quaint and nice sized studio apartment with a full kitchen. Very well situated - walking distance to most sights. The supermarket, a few minutes away, stocks most items needed to make a meal. Gazebo is beautiful allowing you to eat outside if you wish. Hostess/owner was easily reachable if needed. Most rules are reasonable; however asking the guests to bring their garbage to the nearest bin on the sidewalk the morning of your departure is a little excessive especially when having to carry their suitcases and other items down the stairs. As well, guests are asked to wash their dishes which is fair but no dishcloths or dishtowels were provided to do so. This may have been an oversight on the part of the cleaning staff. The drain in the shower was extremely slow to drain preventing one of the 2 guests from taking a shower for fear it would overflow. Hostess/owner was contacted and a plumber was to be called. As we only stayed one night, can't confirm this was done. Overall a good place to stay.
