Dopo qualche ora ci contatta aumentato il presso di 100 euro dicendo che avremmo dovuto pagare anche le ore del giorno del check out (ovvero fino dalle 10 alle 11.30 del giorno di uscita...assurdo...mai sentita una cosa del.genere in una qualsiasi struttura ricettiva. In sostanza dovevo pagare 5 notti per poi stare 4). Tra l'altro si negava palesemtne quanto pubblicato su booking circa le.modalità del soggiorno. La verità è che i valori quali la serietà, l'onestà e la correttezza non esistono più quasi da nessuna parte e casa rizzo nè rappresenta la Mecca di questo decadimento sociale. Bad in every sense. B	Brunella Nazzaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza.....casa al piano terra con continuo viavai di auto.....nessuna privacy....aperta campagna(e la signora furbamente non l'aveva detto)con conseguente invasione di mosche e zanzare...alle quattro del pomeriggio hanno pensato bene di accendere il trattore con un rumore infernale.....la titolare scostumatissima non ti fa quasi mettere il piede in casa se prima non saldi senza fare nessun tipo di ricevuta fiscale.....prezzo altissimo per quello che offre e la discesa a mare è una scaletta molto sconnessa che conduce dopo 300 metri assolati ad un lido piccolo e scomodo che non ha quasi mai posto...dulcis in fundo il cane che vive nella proprietà abbaia tutta la notte....siamo andati via prima del previsto Bad experience ..... house on the ground floor with continuous coming and going of cars ..... no privacy .... open countryside (and the lady cunningly did not say it) with consequent invasion of flies and mosquitoes ... at four in the afternoon they saw fit to turn on the tractor with a hellish noise ..... the scostumatissima owner almost doesn't let you set foot in the house if you do not pay off first without making any kind of tax receipt ..... very high price for what it offers and the descent to the sea is a very bumpy ladder that leads after 300 sunny meters to a small and uncomfortable beach that almost never has room ... last but not least the dog who lives in the property barks all night .. ..we left earlier than expected

Era il primo weekend che ci facevamo fuori dopo la terribile quarantena ma arrivati lì la paura è svanita. La casa era pulitissima, sanificata e profumata! Ci sono vari appartamenti ed uno più bello dell'altro muniti di : 2 camere da letto , bagno con doccia , cucina, tutti gli utensili da cucina e un comodissimo spazio fuori con tavolo,sedie e stendino. Casa fresca, accogliente, tenuta bene e munita di tutto l'indispensabile. Poi la signora Giuseppina ed il marito ci hanno accolti e trattati nel miglior modo possibile . Consiglio case vacanze rizzo perché oltre ad essere un posto super economico, è un posto magico e a due passi dal mare ed inoltre a due min di macchina da santa Maria di castellabate. Ci ritornerò sicuramente! Ve lo consiglio vivamente I stayed at rizzo holiday homes with my friends. It was the first weekend we took out after the terrible quarantine but when we got there the fear disappeared. The house was very clean, sanitized and perfumed! There are various apartments and one more beautiful than the other equipped with: 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen, all kitchen utensils and a very comfortable space outside with table, chairs and drying rack. Fresh, welcoming house, well kept and equipped with all the essentials. Then Mrs. Giuseppina and her husband welcomed us and treated us in the best possible way. I recommend Rizzo holiday homes because in addition to being a super cheap place, it is a magical place and a stone's throw from the sea and also a two minute drive from Santa Maria di Castellabate. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend it
R	Raffaele Esposito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena si arriva a Casa Vacanze Rizzo, si ha immediatamente la sensazione di staccare dal tran tran quotidiano: la struttura é immersa nel verde e, da alcuni punti gode di una bellissima vista mare. Abbiamo testato due soluzioni abitative, entrambe dotate di tutti i comfort necessari e di un piacevole e comodo spazio esterno. Proprietari molto disponibili e cordiali. A 5 minuti a piedi (in leggera pendenza) da spiagge libere o attrezzate. As soon as you arrive at Rizzo Holiday House, you immediately have the feeling of detaching yourself from the daily grind: the structure is surrounded by greenery and, from some points, it enjoys a beautiful sea view. We have tested two housing solutions, both equipped with all the necessary comforts and a pleasant and comfortable outdoor space. Very helpful and friendly owners. A 5 minute walk (gently sloping) from free or equipped beaches.
F	Fabiana Goscilo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stiamo soggiornando in questi giorni nella casa vacanze rizzo.. La prima cosa che ti colpisce all arrivo é la pulizia delle camere.. E in questo periodo é sicuramente la cosa più importante. Le camere sono confortevoli e la cucina è ben fornita di tutto. Ampio spazio esterno per mangiare.. Bagno molto grande e ristrutturato con gusto.. Possibilità di fare anche doccie calde esterne.. Vista mare e spiaggia molto vicina. Consigliato per chi ha bimbi.. Gentilezza e cordialità dei proprietari della struttura. Posto molto piacevole.. Sicuramente da ritornarci.. We are staying in these days in the Rizzo holiday home .. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything. Large outdoor area to eat .. Very large and tastefully renovated bathroom .. Possibility of outdoor hot showers .. Sea view and very close beach. Recommended for those with children .. Kindness and friendliness of the owners of the structure. Very pleasant place .. Definitely to go back ..
R	Roberto Salinas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ all arrivo nella struttura la signora non sa quale è l appartamento da noi prenotato,(?) esige il saldo ( 2 notti 300 Euro e non rilascia nessuna ricevuta) la struttura è in campagna e di conseguenza piena di mosche e zanzare. Davanti al mio appartamento e quindi dove dovrei mangiare all aperto con la mia famiglia parcheggiano le auto degli altri ospiti, alle 16 il proprietario si mette a lavorare la terra con un piccolo e rumoroso aggeggio che per più di 2 ore non ti fa stare bene. e dulcis in fundo la notte c è il cagnolino dei proprietari della casa vacanze che si mette ad abbaiare davanti alla porta. Non ho ancora digerito il fatto di aver pagato 300 euro per questa location così mediocre che non ho aspettato nemmeno la seconda notte e me ne sono andato via. Situata a mezza costa tra galline oche e pappagalli vari, questa struttura presenta appartamenti di vario tipo io sono capitata in un bilocale con un'unica fonte di luce: la porta di ingresso. La camera da letto e il bagno erano dentro una caverna entrambi senza finestra. La proprietaria tale sig.ra Giuseppina persona alquanto fumantina, arrogante e ...latitante, l'abbiamo incontrata quando siamo arrivati dopo averla cercata ripetutamente, finalmente è venuta ad accoglierci, l'abbiamo vista di nuovo il giorno dopo quando è venuta a riscuotere il SALDO di 600 Euro (400 euro già le avevamo anticipate con bonifico)per i due appartamenti IN CONTANTI naturalmente perché lei non accetta carta di credito (NON HA IL POS) e poi non l'abbiamo più vista....e dire che abitava di fronte! Quando siamo partiti l'ho chiamata (alle 9.30)per dirle che andavo via e lei ha risposto che non poteva scendere perché stava facendo colazione! Mah!! Intorno verde ed animali tipo agriturismo. Oche,gatti,cani, pappagalli,uccellini e soprattutto,un gallo che canta puntuale alle 4,30 5,00,e poi un'oretta dopo. Non c'è aria condizionata,ma i proprietari ci hanno fornito molto gentilmente un ventilatore.. Chi ha il sonno leggero meglio che scelga la casa con affaccio mare. Distanza dal mare 300 metri in linea d'aria. Spiaggia bandiera blu. Siamo stati bene We stayed 5 nights. Great apartment, great bathroom above all, great food.
