La struttura è ubicata vicino al Teatro Massimo (200m) e a tutti i principali monumenti, negozi, ristoranti del centro di Palermo. Possibilità di acquistare, a buon prezzo, carne, pesce, frutta e verdura freschi nell'adiacente mercato "Al Capo" . Gli appartamenti sono dotati di cucina e corredati con tutto il necessario.
Spacious apartments, well furnished and soundproofed. Wi-fi free. The structure is located near the Teatro Massimo (200m) and all the main monuments, shops and restaurants of the center of Palermo. Possibility to buy fresh meat, fish, fruit and vegetables at a good price in the adjacent "Al Capo" market. The apartments have a kitchen and are equipped with everything you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty blankets. Mosquitos. House in the back, which was in the front of our bedroom, falling down and dirty. A continuous smell of gas in the kitchen, even if the gas tap was closed. No sugar in the kitchen. Shower extremely little and with old memories near the tube... Not nice at all. The bathroom window could not be open.fridge working and big. Only two fires working. Dust in the highest part of cupboard in the bedroom. If there was a vote less then one I would have chosen it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could do with a bit less of dust but the price, location, quietness at night make it totally worth it. Hosts are lovely.
Sugar, oil, coffee in the cupboard and a bottle of water in the fridge. Decoration is really nice.
If you need pitch dark for sleeping, take a mask. I needed one.
Safe area. Lift, small but working.
The market is not noisy nor bothering.
There is a nearby restaurant quite noisy from Thursday to Saturday, in the evening only.
Everything is reachable on foot.
