★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La camera molto ben arredata e tutti gli spazi sono accuratamente disposti. Bagno spazioso e moderno e dotato di lavatrice e detersivi.
Tra i punti forti oltre all'arredamento c'è il condizionatore, frigo bar, piano cottura elettrico e Smart TV con accesso a Netflix. Ma essendo una casa vacanze e non un B&B non verrà fornito il servizio di pulizia/cambio asciugamani/e riordinare quotidianamente le camere (cosa strana dato che a Margherita di Savoia è pieno di B&B e costano uguale)
Posizione vicina ai lidi delle spiagge ma lontana dal centro di circa 15 min a piedi.
Quando c'è alta marea dalle tubature esce un odore di fogna essendo l'appartamento al piano terra.
P.s. se finite l'unico rotolo di carta igienica a vostra disposizione ve lo dovete comprare.
 The room is very well furnished and all the spaces are carefully arranged. Spacious and modern bathroom equipped with washing machine and detergents.
Among the strong points in addition to the furniture there is the air conditioner, mini bar, electric hob and Smart TV with access to Netflix. But being a holiday home and not a B&B, the cleaning service / towel change / daily tidying up of the rooms will not be provided (which is strange since Margherita di Savoia is full of B & Bs and they cost the same)
Location close to the beaches but away from the center of about 15 minutes on foot.
When there is high tide a smell of sewage comes out of the pipes since the apartment is on the ground floor.
P.s. if you run out of the only roll of toilet paper at your disposal you have to buy it.
