L'appartamento è particolarmente pulito e funzionale. Ben posizionato visto il filobus che porta alla metro Laurentina. Grazie mille Ilaria e a presto! The owners super helpful people friendly attentive to all the needs of tenants and available at any time. The apartment is particularly clean and functional. Well located given the trolleybus that takes you to the Laurentina metro. Thanks a lot Ilaria and see you soon!

Posizione strategica vicino alla fermata del filobus (di prossima attivazione) che in pochi minuti porta alla fermata Laurentina della metro B. Proprietari gentilissimi. Panorama sulla campagna che spazia fino ai Castelli Romani. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Brand new and well-kept apartment in every detail. Impeccable cleanliness. Strategic location near the trolleybus stop (soon to be activated) which in a few minutes takes you to the Laurentina subway stop B. Owners very kind. Panorama over the countryside that stretches to the Castelli Romani. We will definitely be back!

Una volta entrati, poi, abbiamo capito perché chiamarlo " L' aria di Casa ". È proprio quello che trasmette. Pulito, luminoso, moderno, comodo, con tutti i comfort, con un grande balcone, tranquillo e in zona residenziale. Per chi cerca un giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo. Chi apprezza la lontananza dal caos del centro. ( noi raggiungevamo le nostre mete e le meteopolitane avvicinandoci in auto ). Per chi vuole sentirsi a casa e stare bene. Grazie Ilaria. A presto On the occasion of the New Year's Eve we chose Rome to spend our days of celebration and an apartment that already impressed us pleasantly from the photos. Once inside, then, we understood why to call it "The air of Home". That's just what it conveys. Clean, bright, modern, comfortable, with all comforts, with a large balcony, quiet and in a residential area. For those looking for a fair quality / price ratio. Quiet and safe neighborhood. After long days of exploring busy Rome, it was so nice to Come back to the apartment and relax! (The commute to downtown Rome is a super easy and confortable one.) The views of the mountions from the balcony provide the perfect spot to have a morning coffee ; or a nice evening perch to enjoy a glass of wine! The cafe and restaurant just at the corner give you an authentic taste of Italy right at your back door! It’s a nice treat to enjoy during your stay!! Additional point** one of the biggest highlights of our stay were the owners of the apartment, they made us feel so welcome right away! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of PERFECT!! ? Thank you!! Would definitely stay here again and again and again!!

You can easily catch the bus close by. 20 minute ride to Laurentina Metro station which can take to downtown Rome. I honestly wouldn’t change anything about it. I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely stay here again if I visit Rome again.
