Piano terra di un elegante palazzo che si affaccia su via Garibaldi, presenta l'ingresso all'inizio del caratteristico Ronco La Farina, con finestrone e balconcino sulla strada principale. L'ampio e luminoso soggiorno ha il grande tavolo da pranzo, la parete attrezzata ed un divano ad una piazza e mezzo, comodo per un adulto o due bambini; l'area è completata da un piccolo ma funzionale bagno. Dal soggiorno si può accedere in maniera indipendente alla cucina e alla seconda camera che ha un comodo letto matrimoniale, armadio, ampia finestra ed appendiabiti. Anche da questa stanza si può accedere direttamente al bagno (con doccia) e alla cucina, nella cui parte finale si accede ad un funzionale spazio lavanderia. Attrezzata di tutto la casa vacanza è a soli dieci minuti a piedi dal centro storico, e nella adiacente via Garibaldi il parcheggio è libero. Noto è in posizione strategica per raggiungere le più importanti città d'arte e cultura del Sud Est, da Siracusa a Modica, da Ragusa Ibla a Scicli. Ed a pochi chilometri le più belle spiagge del litorale netino che vanta l'Oasi di Vendicari, la famosa Calamosche, la caraibica San Lorenzo e il borgo di Marzamemi
 The atmospheres of Sicilian life with modern comforts, to be seized and experienced in the "Antica Noto" holiday home, in one of the emblematic neighborhoods of the City of Noto, Capital of the Baroque and World Heritage. On the ground floor of an elegant building overlooking Via Garibaldi, it presents the entrance at the beginning of the characteristic Ronco La Farina, with a large window and balcony on the main street. The large and bright living room has a large dining table, a fitted wall and a queen-size sofa, convenient for one adult or two children; the area is completed by a small but functional bathroom. From the living room you can access independently the kitchen and the second bedroom which has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, large window and coat rack. Also from this room you can directly access the bathroom (with shower) and the kitchen, in the final part of which leads to a functional laundry area. Equipped with all the holiday home is just ten minutes walk from the historic center, and in the adjacent Via Garibaldi parking is free. Noto is in a strategic position to reach the most important cities of art and culture of the South East, from Syracuse to Modica, from Ragusa Ibla to Scicli. And a few kilometers away are the most beautiful beaches of the Noto coast that boasts the Vendicari Oasis, the famous Calamosche, the Caribbean San Lorenzo and the village of Marzamemi
