L	Laura B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione strategica vicina alle spiagge, ai negozi, ai ristoranti, ma nel contempo in zona residenziale tranquilla e sufficientemente distante dal traffico. Vista sul giardino interno. Balcone. Ampie dotazioni di elettrodomestici (lavatrice, microonde, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, forno, macchina per il caffè con cialde, moka, aria condizionata). Cortesia e disponibilità dell'host. Convenzioni con parchi divertimenti, ristoranti, noleggio bici e barche. Ricca offerta di dépliant informativi. Letto alla francese con doghe in legno, materasso e cuscini in ottimo stato. Poche zanzare nonostante l'assenza di zanzariere. Lenzuola e asciugamani ottimi e puliti. Buona pulizia delle stoviglie, della cucina e dei sanitari. Tra le forniture essenziali aggiungerei: sacchetti della spazzatura per effettuare correttamente la raccolta differenziata, tappeto in cucina da usare quando si lavano i piatti per non bagnare il pavimento, strofinaccio per asciugare i piatti, mollette per biancheria (anche uno stendi-biancheria più ampio sarebbe comodo). Tra gli optional che sarebbe opportuno avere: zanzariere, una cappa aspirante funzionante (dato che si tratta di un monolocale con zona notte non completamente separata dalla zona giorno). L'appartamento beneficerebbe di una imbiancatura e della sostituzione di qualche elemento d'arredo usurato (specie in bagno). Sia il letto alla francese, sia il divano letto possono ospitare una sola persona. La conformazione del divano letto lo rende scomodo. Gli armadietti (soprattutto del bagno), gli interruttori e le maniglie (in particolare del microonde) necessiterebbero di una pulizia più accurata. The apartment would benefit from whitewashing and the replacement of some worn furnishings (especially in the bathroom). Both the French bed and the sofa bed can accommodate one person. The shape of the sofa bed makes it uncomfortable. Lockers (especially in the bathroom), switches and handles (especially the microwave) would need more thorough cleaning.
M	Martina Köhn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im August-September 2021 in der FeWo. Netter Empfang, super Lage, Ausstattung völlig ausreichend und alles sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und zum See 5 Minuten, in den Ort 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Für Reisende mit Hund die Top Adresse: Hundeplatz 5 Minuten, großer Park dahinter 7 Minuten, kostenlose Liegewiese 10 Minuten. Jederzeit wieder. Einzige Minuspunkte: nur italienisches TV, und die Steckdosen sind fast alle sehr locker und das ist nicht ungefährlich. We were in the apartment in August-September 2021. Nice reception, great location, facilities were completely sufficient and everything was very clean. Shops, restaurants and the lake are 5 minutes away, and the town is 15 minutes on foot. The top address for travelers with dogs: dog place 5 minutes, large park behind 7 minutes, free sunbathing area 10 minutes. Any time. The only downsides: only Italian TV, and the sockets are almost all very loose and that is not without danger.
