Camera ben arredata e pulita e situata al ridosso del centro storico di Acireale .
Il parcheggio messo a disposizione dalla struttura ha danneggiato la mia auto (600 euro) avendo un ingresso con un dislivello che non consente il passaggio di utilitarie. Siamo stati costretti a trattenerci una giornata in Camera in attesa di un meccanico (chiamato in autonomia e pagato da noi, non essendo presente la proprietaria) per far uscire la macchina. Per il resto del soggiorno l'abbiamo posteggiata in strada dove riuscivamo a trovare parcheggio (a volte anche a 15/20 minuti di distanza).
A causa di una mancanza di copertura assicurativa per i danni a persone e cose, con la proprietaria abbiamo convenuto a non pagare il soggiorno (che comunque non coprirà in toto le spese di riparazione dell'auto). Ha un buon potenziale ma deve essere valorizzato meglio e seguito con più cura.
There is no reception so for every problem we were forced to call the owner by telephone.
Well furnished and clean room located near the historic center of Acireale.
The parking provided by the structure damaged my car (600 euros) having an entrance with a difference in height that does not allow the passage of small cars. We were forced to stay a day in the room waiting for a mechanic (called independently and paid for by us, as the owner was not present) to get the car out. For the rest of our stay we parked it on the street where we could find parking (sometimes even 15/20 minutes away).
Due to a lack of insurance coverage for damage to persons and property, we have agreed with the owner not to pay for the stay (which however will not fully cover the cost of repairing the car). It has good potential but it needs to be better exploited and followed with more care.
