★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visionato con loro un appartamento per affitto e, dopo aver espresso sin dalla visita interesse a chiudere, e aver prenotato un appuntamento in agenzia per sbrigare le pratiche burocratiche e formulare la proposta, nessuno si è fatto vivo per una settimana (nonostante a giorni alterni abbia provato a contattare l'agente che mi assicurava mi avrebbe chiamato l'indomani). All'ennesima telefonata da parte mia, dopo una settimana dal primo incontro, sono stato avvisato che i proprietari non volevano più affittare ma vendere.

I looked at them with an apartment for rent and, after expressing an interest in closing the visit, and having booked an appointment in the agency to attend to the paperwork and formulate the proposal, nobody showed up for a week (despite every other day tried to contact the agent who assured me he would call me tomorrow. To the umpteenth phone call from me, a week after the first meeting, I was advised that the owners no longer wanted to rent but to sell.
