Nel giro di un giorno mi hanno risolto il problema e rimesso perfettamente in funzione il sistema di allarme, benchè non fosse tra quelli da loro seguiti. Consigliatissimi! Cercavo qualcosa che mi facesse dormire tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo un sistema poco impegnativo sia a livello economico che di installazione. Sono stati fantastici, in poco tempo sono venuti a casa, hanno trovato ed installato una soluzione ottimale (a mio avviso). Sicuramente li consiglio a tutti e li ricontatterò quando avremo acquistato casa!! Definitely to be recommended! I approached them to install a security system in the rented house where I live. Fatto il sopralluogo mi hanno inviato il preventivo, ed a lavori ultimati la fattura finale si è rivelata addirittura inferiore allo stesso. Lavori eseguiti con professionalità e assistenza post installazione sempre esaustiva e tempestiva. Mi hanno anche risolto problemi di wifi con soluzioni smart. Eccellente ! Contacted "Safe House" on the internet for a tcc system for home, I quickly received their visit. Il tecnico di Casa Sicura ESA si è preso a cuore la riparazione (non banale, a causa dei pasticci causati da chi aveva precedentemente operato senza risolvere il problema) ed è riuscito brillantemente a riparare il meccanismo. A parte l'indiscutibile gentilezza e simpatia, abbiamo apprezzato la competenza, il tempismo e la professionalità. Decisamente consigliato!!!
