★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ambiente e pulito il personale gentile e specializzato ce un enorme giardino sembra un parco. Gli anziani sono sempre puliti e in ordine e ricevono le cure adeguate inoltre è anche ottima come struttura di riabilitazione
The environment is clean and the staff are polite and specialized and a huge garden looks like a park. The elderly are always clean and tidy and receive adequate care and it is also excellent as a rehabilitation facility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci dirò io ci ho lavorato anni fa e i colleghi dipendeva dal piano che ti trovavi certi erano bravi ,altri un po meno ,pensate che con certi mi sento ancora .
Gli ospiti troppo carini mi ricordo che quando sono andata via erano dispiaciuti .
Struttura molto grande e con la presenza di strumenti molto funzionabili .

Struttura di 50 anni, festeggiati proprio nel 2017.
Personale gentile, disponibile e professionale.
Qualche pecca c'è, non si può accontentare tutti, ma nel complesso una buona struttura dove nella necessità lasciare i propri cari.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio papà Pierino è stato per gli ultimi 9 mesi della sua vita a Casa Serena al 4 piano. Ringrazio tutti gli operatori OSS, infermieri che sono stati come una famiglia per mio papà è anche per me. La cura, le attenzioni rivolte a mio papà sono state oltre le mie aspettative. È difficile lasciare un proprio caro in una RSA, ma Voi siete stati speciali.
Unico neo riuscire a tenere insieme e far socializzare le persone lucide di mente, purtroppo spesso nella stessa sala sono più le persone non “presenti” di quelle presenti a livello mentale e questo non aiuta a stimolare chi avrebbe ancora qualcosa da dare..

My dad Pierino has been for the last 9 months of his life at Casa Serena on the 4th floor. I thank all the OSS operators, nurses who have been like a family for my dad and for me too. The care and attention paid to my dad was beyond my expectations. It is difficult to leave a loved one in an RSA, but you have been special.
The only drawback is being able to keep together and socialize clear-headed people, unfortunately often in the same room there are more people not "present" than those present on a mental level and this does not help stimulate those who still have something to give ..
