★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un luogo pieno di storia e storie....molto toccante...da visitare. Un consiglio, affidatevi alla guida dei Manallart ,associazione culturale Onlus....vi faranno davvero rivivere quell'epoca.
A place full of history and stories .... very touching ... to visit. A word of advice, rely on the guidance of the Manallarts, a non-profit cultural association .... they will really make you relive that era.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interessante solo il succorpo e la sua storia, per il resto il sito è quasi in stato di abbandono e i custodi sono maleducati e ignoranti. Inoltre si trova in una zona poco consigliata ai turisti.
Interesting only the succorpo and its history, for the rest the site is almost in a state of neglect and the keepers are rude and ignorant. It is also located in an area that is not recommended for tourists.

La casa degli esposti,poi Esposito
All'interno é possibile visitare la stanza che si trovava dietro la ruota degli esposti dove venivano a abbandonati i bambini.
Lascia senza parole l'immenso archivio al piano superiore con migliaia di registri dove c'è l'origine di ogni abbandonato
L'archivio, per chi voleva conoscere la sua origine, poteva essere consultato solo dopo il Settantesimo Anno di età.
Visitare questa struttura fa venire i brividi.

Ma si ferma a questo, non c'è molto da vedere e quel poco che c'è è tenuto in uno stato non eccelso, soprattutto per quanto riguarda gli esterni. Avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione e di messa in ordine. E' la classica struttura pubblica abbandonata a se stessa ed alla sua gloriosa storia.
The history of the complex is unique and fascinating. But it stops at this, there is not much to see and the little that is there is kept in a state that is not excellent, especially with regard to outsiders. It would need some maintenance and tidying up. It is the classic public structure abandoned to itself and to its glorious history.
