★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modifico la mia precedente recensione. Purtroppo mia madre come tanti altri ospiti è morta al San Giovanni Bosco. Non sta a me puntare il dito lo faranno se necessario gli organi competenti.
I edit my previous review. Unfortunately my mother, like so many other guests, died at San Giovanni Bosco. It is not up to me to point the finger, the competent bodies will do it if necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima opinione personale sulla struttura, personale fatto di gente falsa, ipocrita e incoerente. Una direttrice pazza e inutile, non conosce gli ospiti e non sa riferire le notizie in modo corretto (che aspettarsi da una che non è neanche un personale sanitario). Il personale non viene scelto per bravura ma per conoscenza e favoritismo. Infatti sono incapaci alcuni e i migliori se ne vanno. RAS e RAA che non si capisce che ci stanno a fare li, dato che ogni volta sembra cadano dalle nuvole; ovviamente non potranno fare altro se non questo perché il "non fare niente" e guadagnare fa comodo. Molti Oss discutono e si criticano davanti agli ospiti non mantenendo alcuna professionalità.
Bad personal opinion on the structure, staff made up of false, hypocritical and inconsistent people. A mad and useless director, she does not know the guests and does not know how to report the news correctly (what to expect from someone who is not even a healthcare professional). The staff is not chosen for skill but for knowledge and favoritism. In fact some are incapable and the best leave. RAS and RAA that it is not clear that they are there to do it, since every time they seem to fall from the clouds; obviously they will not be able to do anything else other than this because "doing nothing" and making money is convenient. Many Oss discuss and criticize in front of the guests not maintaining any professionalism.
