Decorated in adorable white and blue, the ambience accentuates the island environment. The hosting waiter, with his bright smile and twinkling eyes, radiates amusement, which only increases once he is made aware of the fact that the drink has hit me like a truck. Fearing imminent collapse when standing up, we order food from the kitchen that has just started up. After deciding on an eggplant bacon panino, I expect a regular sandwich. Instead, my order turns out to be wood oven charred pizza-like bread with eggplant that's so tender, salty and juicy, my eyes start to water. Meanwhile, the terrace around us has filled up. This small bite is truly punching very far above its weight. My partner has opted for a spongy, simple mini pizza with tomato and parmesan. It's absolutely lovely. Our waiter rushes back and forth, joking in both English and Italian, still finding the time to ask how we've enjoyed our prelude to lunch (and if I can stand up okay). Refreshed and energised, we leave, in awe with how our first culinary experience on Capri has treated us.

P	Paul woodhams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for lunch in Ana Capri we choose Casa Orlandi Ristorante. Great table outside. Staff very friendly and happy. My wife had pasta Ragout and I had a pizza. Both were very good. We also had a few of there wonderful gin and tonics with Capri lemons. Great for a warm afternoon. Highly recommend.

We had already been in Italy for a few days and we were a little pasta’d out. We live in the SF Bay Area and have access to plenty of amazing restaurants. We have several wood fired pizza restaurants in our area and we were excited to eat our first round of pizza on our trip. Casa Orlandi did not disappoint. We initially were not sure if it would be good based on its prime location, right in the center of Anacapri, where the bus drops. We were worried maybe it was a horrible tourist trap. Boy were we wrong and pleasantly surprised. The service was amazing, the wines by the glass were tasty and reasonably priced for a vacation destination. We both really enjoyed our time at the restaurant. Loved the yummy food and the energetic Italian hospitality.

The staff were kind, funny, attentive and genuinely devoted to their work. The food and drinks were phenomenal. Last but not least seeing the owner and his family taking an earnest and active role in their business was heartwarming. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants locally sourced food done properly in a positive and bright atmosphere.

We had pasta and a pizza which were both very good; we also had a lemon granita and a limoncello spritz. We didn't have to wait very long for our food either. The staff was very nice and the ambience was amazing. We will definitely come again!
