Da evitare I absolutely agree that the structure is a nice empty box: insufficient staff, services that are non-existent, professionalism in several cases completely absent .... To avoid

Promuovono molti eventi per permettere ai familiari di trascorrere del tempo con i propri cari, in modo sereno ed in aria di festa. Consigliata!!!! Beautiful and welcoming structure, with qualified staff, who can understand the needs of both their guests and families. They promote many events to allow family members to spend time with loved ones, in a serene and festive atmosphere. Recommended !!!!
S	Sestilio Piccicuto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura ben publicizzata ma che non offre nulla di quello che dice....personale alla reception inadeguato e di scarsa sensibilità umana adatti forse ad una reception di un albergo! personale OSS poco professionale ( promettono un igiene giornaliera alla persona, chiedendo di portare i prodotti di igiene personale che useranno esclusivamente quelli )2 settimane dopo li ho ritrovati integri. usano le restrizioni COVID x lavorare di meno e non essere controllati dai parenti dei degenti..assistenza medica pressoché NULLA...nel periodo di ferragosto non era presente neanche il direttore sanitario.io ho portato mia madre che doveva stare lì 20 giorni, dopo 14 giorni l'ho portata via in una cassa .. si nascondono dietro le restrizioni COVID e le lungaggini della giustizia italiana.. Questa residenza x anziani e assolutamente da sconsigliare!!!!! Well advertised structure but that offers nothing of what it says .... inadequate reception staff with low human sensitivity perhaps suitable for a hotel reception! unprofessional OSS staff (they promise a daily hygiene to the person, asking to bring personal hygiene products that they will use only those) 2 weeks later I found them intact. they use the COVID restrictions to work less and not be monitored by relatives of the patients ... medical assistance almost NOTHING ... in the period of August the medical director was not present. I took my mother who had to stay there for 20 days, after 14 days I took it away in a box .. they hide behind COVID restrictions and the delays of Italian justice .. This residence for the elderly is absolutely not recommended !!!!!
