Camera da letto matrimoniale con ottima biancheria e (vista la stagione) un bel piumino con Smart tv di generose dimensioni ?
Bagno grande, completo di lavatrice, bidet, doccia veramente grande. Bellissima ?
Cucina e salotto open space, lavastoviglie, condizionatore con pompa di calore.
Due bei divani dove passare piacevoli momenti davanti ad uno Smart TV 55” dove poter usufruire (tramite il proprio account) di tutti le più famose app streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Tim Vision,…) ?
Connessione WiFi con ottime prestazioni, sicuramente una fibra Ftth.
Tutto arredato con molta cura e passione, si vede che ci hanno messo il cuore e ci tengono a questo appartamento ❤️
Comodo per chi come noi viaggia in moto.
Possibilità di parcheggiare di fronte alla porta d’entrata del palazzo ?

Double bedroom with excellent linen and (given the season) a nice duvet with generously sized Smart TV ?
Large bathroom, complete with washing machine, bidet, really large shower. Beautiful ?
Open plan kitchen and living room, dishwasher, air conditioner with heat pump.
Two beautiful sofas where you can spend pleasant moments in front of a 55 "Smart TV where you can use (through your account) all the most famous streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Tim Vision, ...) ?
WiFi connection with excellent performance, definitely a Ftth fiber.
All furnished with great care and passion, you can see that they put their heart into it and care about this apartment ❤️
Convenient for those like us who travel by motorbike.
Possibility to park in front of the entrance to the building ?
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
