Top Lage zum Zentrum 50m und zum Strand nicht mehr als 5 Gehminuten.
 Very friendly, attentive and courteous. Small but nice. To recommend.
Top location to the center 50m and to the beach no more than 5 minutes walk.

Camera pulita e profumata, area comune disponibile h24 con frutta fresca, acqua e caffè, colazione personalizzata su richiesta. Al centro del paese di Oliveri e a pochissimi minuti dalla spiaggia. Ritorneremo al 100%.
More than satisfied with the welcome, friendliness and availability reserved by the owner. Clean and fragrant room, common area available 24 hours a day with fresh fruit, water and coffee, personalized breakfast on request. In the center of the village of Oliveri and just a few minutes from the beach. We will return 100%.

B & b in the center of Oliveri, near the sea. Large and well furnished rooms with all desirable comforts. Beautiful breakfast terrace. Very clean and discreet owner and always available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo delizioso B&B al centro di Oliveri.
Il B&B ha una posizione strategica per quanto riguarda i laghetti di marinello e Tindari, entrambi raggiungibili a circa 10 e 15 minuti di macchina.
L'ambiento pulito e raffinato, l'unica pecca per quanto riguarda la nostra stanza era la presenza della finestra sulla strada che ci costringeva a tenerla chiusa per non sentire rumore, ma con l'aria condizionata accesa il problema si azzerava.
Molto bella la zona giorno in condivisione: colazione abbondante,personalizzata (ogni giorno potevamo scegliere i gusti delle granite) e buonissima.
Acqua in bottiglia, macchinetta del caffè, frigo con stuzzicherie e cucina disponibili per gli ospiti h24.
L'host di una gentilezza pacata, mai forzata e piacevole.
Se dovessimo essere nei paraggi torneremo.

We stayed 2 nights in this delightful B&B in the center of Oliveri.
The B&B has a strategic position as regards the lakes of Marinello and Tindari, both reachable in about 10 and 15 minutes by car.
The clean and refined environment, the only flaw regarding our room was the presence of the window on the street that forced us to keep it closed so as not to hear noise, but with the air conditioning on the problem was reset.
The shared living area is very nice: abundant, personalized breakfast (every day we could choose the flavors of the granitas) and very good.
Bottled water, coffee maker, fridge with snacks and kitchen available for guests 24 hours a day.
The host of a calm kindness, never forced and pleasant.
If we were to be around we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Bed and breakfast places we stayed in all holiday. The owner is friendly and helpful. The place is finished to an exceptional standard, comfortable, bright and fresh with relaxing terrace and free drinks and coffee. Breakfast was fresh from the bakers. Would recommended this place to anyone staying in the area.
