sono il responsabile della Struttura, e mi scuso anticipatamente perchè mi rendo conto di apparire forse scortese , ma ,non ricordo nè la Sua presenza come ospite presso la Struttura nè la Sua partecipazione alla vita di comunità in qualità di parente o accompagnatore di persona ospite presso la Casa Laura.
Sono dispiaciuta della Sua critica riguardo al personale operante , infatti le nostre ragazze oltre ad essere qualificate, dimostrano una sensibilità e cura notevole ed attenta per l ospite , arricchita dall umanità verso la persona fragile che è parte sostanziale del loro operato giornaliero

I am the manager of the Structure, and I apologize in advance because I realize that I may appear rude, but, I do not remember either your presence as a guest at the Structure or your participation in community life as a relative or companion of a guest at the Casa Laura.
I am sorry for your criticism regarding the operating staff, in fact our girls in addition to being qualified, demonstrate a remarkable and attentive sensitivity and care for the guest, enriched by humanity towards the fragile person who is a substantial part of their daily work
