★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato l'agenzia poiché in cerca di un immobile ben preciso e ciò che ho trovato è stato disponibilità, gentilezza e pazienza. Anche se mi sono fermato al solo sopralluogo credo che avrei trovato la stessa professionalità anche in un ipotetico proseguo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando ci si trova a dover vendere o acquistare casa, nella persona di Enrico trovi TUTTE quelle qualità che speri di trovare in un agente immobiliare ma che sai già non sarà possibile avere tutte racchiuse in una sola persona: disponibilità, gentilezza, competenza, intelligenza, educazione, precisione, umanità, serietà. Potrei continuare all'infinito ma ne aggiungo solo una e qui finisco....Onestà: Enrico se deve raccontare una bugia per poter completare un affare, piuttosto rinuncia alla vendita e al suo guadagno. Aggiungo che è anche economico in relazione alla qualità che offre, sento di provvigioni che vanno dal 3% fino ad un massimo del 6%: lui allora, per quanto mi riguarda, potrebbe tranquillamente richiedere la percentuale massima prevista sul mercato

I could go on indefinitely but I add only one and here I finish .... Honesty: If Enrico has to tell a lie to be able to complete a deal, he rather gives up the sale and his profit. I add that it is also cheap in relation to the quality it offers, I feel commissions ranging from 3% up to a maximum of 6%: then, as far as I'm concerned, he could easily request the maximum percentage expected on the market.
