Organizzazione accogliente e di grande supporto alle famiglie agli ospiti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Beautiful facility assistance to guests well-organized, with the presence of doctors and skilled and trained personnel. Welcoming organization and great support for families to guests. We had a great time.

Offrono i principali servizi già compresi nel prezzo che pertanto é un prezzo finale comprensivo ad esempio di lavanderia e parrucchiere una volta al mese oltre all'assistenza h24. Dovrebbero migliorare sulla possibilità del riposo in stanza pomeridiano (in genere come riposo preferiscono che gli utenti stiano insieme in una sala relax, mentre alcuni anziani vorrebbero proprio fare la mitica pennichella), sarebbero anche da incentivare attività comuni come il gioco delle carte (briscola, tresette, scopone). C'è un bel giardino circostante ma in genere gli utenti date le difficoltà motorie tendono a rimanere nelle sale interne o nelle terrazze. Struttura pulitissima e con sala per fisioterapia. Excellent value for money. The assistants are young and with a smile. They offer the main services already included in the price which is therefore a final price including, for example, laundry and hairdresser once a month in addition to 24-hour assistance. They should improve on the possibility of rest in the afternoon room (generally as a rest they prefer that users stay together in a relaxation room, while some elderly people would really like to take the mythical nap), they should also encourage common activities such as card games (trump, tresette, scopone). There is a beautiful surrounding garden but in general users, given the mobility difficulties, tend to stay in the internal rooms or on the terraces. Very clean facility with physiotherapy room.

Staff meraviglioso e sempre allegro (cosa non facile visto il tipo di lavoro che fanno). Professionisti veri. Pulizia ineccepibile. I pazienti sono trattati come principi. Lo consiglio a tutti. Complimenti. I think it is almost impossible to find another structure so efficient and with so much humanity. Wonderful and always cheerful staff (which is not easy given the type of work they do). Real professionals. Impeccable cleaning. Patients are treated as principles. I recommend it to everybody. Compliments.
U	Ulrike Nöhrer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ampia struttura nuova, pulitissima, luminosa, arredata in stile moderno e funzionale con un grande giardino altrettanto curato. Gli ospiti hanno tutti delle belle stanze singole con bagno privato ma passano la maggior parte della giornata negli spazi in comune. Tra le varie attività c'è la fisioterapia, la musicoterapia, il bricolage ed i lavori a maglia. Il giovane personale è molto gentile, paziente ed amorevole. I pasti vengono preparati nelle cucine della residenza e sono molto buoni. Per gli ospiti c'è anche il servizio di lavanderia ed il parrucchiere. Large new structure, very clean, bright, furnished in a modern and functional style with a large, equally well-kept garden. The guests all have nice single rooms with private bathroom but they spend most of the day in the common areas. Among the various activities there is physiotherapy, music therapy, DIY and knitting. The young staff is very kind, patient and loving. Meals are prepared in the kitchens of the residence and are very good. For guests there is also a laundry service and a hairdresser.

Mio nonno ci è stato per 3 anni ed è stato trattato come un principe e da quello che ho visto anche gli altri ospiti sempre puliti e profumati. Un ringraziamento speciale per Alessia la direttrice sempre disponibile a risolvere le problematiche di nonno. Grazie di tutto I wanted to thank all the staff great people. The best for kindness, professionalism and human values. My grandfather has been there for 3 years and has been treated like a prince and from what I've seen the other guests always clean and fragrant. Portammo io e mia sorella mia mamma da Alessia, uscimmo in lacrime quel giorno dalla tristezza di aver fatto quella scelta ma dopo pochissimo tempo ogni volta che andavamo ne uscivamo consapevoli che non esiste luogo migliore quando la situazione nn e più gestibile a casa. L hanno sempre servita accolta e guidata come una signora... Fino al giorno in cui mamma ci ha lasciato. Ancora oggi abbiamo nel cuore Alessia e TUTTO LO STAFF e vi diciamo ancora... We took my sister and my mom to Alessia, we went out in tears that day from the sadness of having made that choice but after a very short time every time we went we came out aware that there is no better place when the situation nn and more manageable at home. They have always served her, welcomed and guided like a lady ... Until the day Mom left us. Even today we have Alessia and ALL THE STAFF in our hearts and we tell you again ...
