Mi spiace invece avere evidenziato in questo momento così difficile sia per gli ospiti che per i parenti degli stessi... L assoluta mancanza di solidarietà sia da parte del Consiglio della struttura che da parte dell' amministrazione comunale... Peccato alle volte basta davvero poco....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa di riposo decente, con la fortuna di trovarsi in un bel posto. Personale abbastanza cortese e disponibile. Il vero problema sta nel loro modo di comunicare, ai limiti del vergognoso, e siamo sconcertati da come abbiamo gestito l’emergenza Covid19. Non maltrattano gli anziani come succede da altre parti, ma abbiamo notato una certa incuria verso gli ospiti meno autosufficienti e verso i loro effetti personali.
Decent nursing home, lucky enough to be in a nice place. Staff quite courteous and helpful. The real problem lies in their way of communicating, bordering on shameful, and we are baffled by how we have managed the Covid19 emergency. They do not mistreat the elderly as happens elsewhere, but we have noticed a certain neglect towards less self-sufficient guests and their personal effects.
