★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati telefonicamente al numero verde per informazioni riguardanti il ricovero per un malato di Alzheimer, mi chiudono il telefono in faccia dopo aver domandato (lecitamente) se ci sono agevolazioni regionali o locali a contributo della retta da 3000e in su per il nucleo Alzheimer da loro proposto.
Contacted by phone on the toll-free number for information regarding hospitalization for an Alzheimer's patient, they close the phone in my face after asking (lawfully) if there are regional or local concessions to contribute to the tuition from 3000e upwards for the Alzheimer nucleus they propose .

My host mom passed away in January. I'm still waiting for the return of effects that I really care about. No reply. On the part of the staff there is zero empathy. I also spoke to the manager, ditto.
