Devo confessare che ho trovato la struttura molto attenta alle pulizie e all assistenza degli ospiti con personale educato e disponibile a qualunque esigenza
Il cibo poi può fare concorrenza a tanti ristoranti ,alimenti di prima qualità cucinati da un cuoco che non ha nulla da invidiare a uno chef di professione ??????
Unfortunately for me I needed one of my relatives
I must confess that I found the structure very attentive to the cleaning and assistance of the guests with polite staff and available for any need
The food can then compete with many restaurants, top quality foods cooked by a chef who has nothing to envy from a professional chef ??????

Mia nonna ci ha appena lasciato, dopo aver trascorso meno di 20 giorni presso questa "casa protetta" che in realtà non ha protetto mia nonna e chissà quanti altri. È entrata "negativa" al contagio di sto maledetto virus e poi qualcuno all'interno della struttura l'ha vigliaccamente "positivizzata". Una settimana di sofferenza e poi è andata via per sempre! Meritate i peggiori pensieri. Auguro a tutti gli operatori,dirigenti e dipendenti di questa struttura notti insonni. Quella di nonna R. è stata una morte rubata.
Too bad you can't opt for zero stars. My grandmother has just left us, after spending less than 20 days at this "safe house" which in reality did not protect my grandmother and who knows how many others. She entered "negative" to the infection of I'm cursed virus and then someone within the structure cowardly "positivized". A week of suffering and then it's gone forever! You deserve the worst thoughts. I wish all operators, managers and employees of this facility sleepless nights. Grandma R.'s was a stolen death.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza, perciò non mi sento di consigliarla a nessuno. Non ho altri termini di paragone, perciò non posso dire se sia peggio di altre strutture simili, ma lì non tornerei mai più.
We had a very bad experience, so I don't feel like recommending it to anyone. I have no other terms of comparison, so I can't say if it's worse than other similar structures, but I would never go back there.
