★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In occasione del ricovero di mia nonna, che ha subito un improvviso tracollo, ci siamo affidati a questa struttura, che per noi è molto lontano da casa (circa 1 ora e mezza), in quanto il direttore, Dott. Alberico, già al primo colloquio telefonico si è dimostrato una persona professionale ma allo stesso tempo molto umano. Ha compreso la situazione e ci ha aiutati molto anche per le pratiche burocratiche. La nonna è sempre stata seguita nel migliore dei modi e vista la lontananza, nonostante le nostre visite due volte la settimana, ci è stato possibile effettuare anche delle telefonate quotidiane e a volte anche video chiamate, grazie anche alla presenza di Suor Sandra. Ringraziamo anche il Dott.Tocco, medico della struttura, la fisiatra e tutto lo staff, che hanno seguito in questo duro periodo la nonna. Nostro malgrado abbiamo deciso di spostare la nonna più vicino a casa, e quindi a breve non sarà più ospite presso l'RSA, semplicemente per motivi legati alla distanza e non di certo per la struttura, che raccomando fortemente.
 On the occasion of my grandmother's hospitalization, who suffered a sudden collapse, we relied on this structure, which for us is very far from home (about 1 hour and a half), as the director, Dr. Alberico, was already at the first telephone interview proved to be a professional person but at the same time very humane. He understood the situation and also helped us a lot with the paperwork. The grandmother has always been followed in the best possible way and given the distance, despite our visits twice a week, we were also able to make daily phone calls and sometimes even video calls, thanks also to the presence of Sister Sandra. We also thank Dr. Tocco, physician of the facility, the physiatrist and all the staff, who have followed the grandmother in this difficult period. In spite of ourselves, we decided to move the grandmother closer to home, and therefore she will soon no longer be a guest at the RSA, simply for reasons related to the distance and certainly not for the structure, which I strongly recommend.
