★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartement idéalement situé dans Palerme, neuf et très propre. Nous avions celui en dernier niveau avec une grande terrasse et une très belle vue sur les dômes de la ville.
Christina et Salam sont très gentils et chaleureux. Ils parlent Français et Anglais ce qui est très confortable.
L'emplacement est idéal pour balader dans Palerme et il est également possible de se garer sur la place devant si vous avez une voiture.
 Apartment ideally located in Palermo, new and very clean. We had the one on the last level with a large terrace and a very nice view of the domes of the city.
Christina and Salam are very kind and warm. They speak French and English which is very comfortable.
The location is ideal for a stroll in Palermo and it is also possible to park on the front square if you have a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons passé une semaine dans un appartement du PONTICELLO en réservant directement avec l établissement. Le petit hôtel particulier est de très bon goût et impeccablement entretenu et sécurisé. Ascenseur privé et wifi.
Christina est très chaleureuse , toujours souriante, prévenante, prête à tout pour vous satisfaire. Nous l avons pas mal sollicitée et elle nous a toujours répondu positivement . Nous avions à faire comme avec une amie que nous espérons revoir.
Sahlam qui l assiste est aussi très agréable.
Très bien situé pour permettre toutes les visites et les promenades. Dans le cœur historique, près des animations mais très calme pour dormir.
Nous en parlerons autour de nous et nous recommandons vivement.
Ajoutons que Palerme est une ville magnifique.
We spent a week in an apartment at the PONTICELLO by booking directly with the establishment. The small mansion is very tasteful and immaculately maintained and secure. Private elevator and wifi.
Christina is very warm, always smiling, considerate, ready to do anything to satisfy you. We asked her a lot and she always answered positively. We had to do as with a friend whom we hope to see again.
Sahlam who assists him is also very pleasant.
Very well located to allow all visits and walks. In the historic heart, near entertainment but very quiet to sleep.
We will talk about it around us and highly recommend.
Let us add that Palermo is a magnificent city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato per capodanno, in uno degli appartamenti del Ponticello, situato in una zona centrale a due passi da tutte le attrazioni di Palermo. Gentilezza e cortesia di Cristina, e disponibilità del personale, ci hanno permesso di trascorrere due giorni in un ambiente davvero confortevole e moderno.
L'appartamento aveva tutto il necessario per star bene con una pulizia eccellente.
Lo consiglio vivamente anche per il prezzo decisamente conveniente per il servizio offerto.
With my girlfriend we stayed for New Year, in one of the Ponticello apartments, located in a central area close to all the attractions of Palermo. Kindness and courtesy of Cristina, and helpfulness of the staff, allowed us to spend two days in a really comfortable and modern environment.
The apartment had everything you need to feel good with excellent cleanliness.
I highly recommend it also for the very affordable price for the service offered.
