★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'edificio, situato tra Via Roma e Via Cavallotti, è uno dei più antichi del paese. Risalente al XVII secolo, è stato sede, durante il secolo scorso, della "bacheria" del Signor Leonardo Di Gaspero, che nel 1870 realizzò una filanda.
La facciata lungo Via Roma, severa ed essenziale, è caratterizzata dall'ingresso ad arco ribassato che riporta superiormente la data 1616. Attraverso l'ingresso si accede all'ampio androne passante, pavimentato in ciottoli, caratterizzato da un soffitto con volte a crociera e peducci in pietra.
Il fronte sul retro, costituito da un caratteristico loggiato a volte su tre piani con archi e pilastri in tufo, rappresenta la parte più pregevole dell'edificio.
 The building, located between Via Roma and Via Cavallotti, is one of the oldest in the country. Dating back to the seventeenth century, during the last century it was the seat of the "bacheria" of Mr. Leonardo Di Gaspero, who created a spinning mill in 1870.
The facade along Via Roma, severe and essential, is characterized by the lowered arched entrance which bears the date 1616 above. The entrance leads to the large passage hall, paved in pebbles, characterized by a ceiling with cross vaults and stone corbels.
The front on the back, consisting of a characteristic three-storey vaulted arcade with tuff arches and pillars, represents the most valuable part of the building.
