Non mi ha fatto neanche il referto. Forse era meglio l'ospedale che questo specialista. Today I spent 100 euros for an orthopedist who told me that for my back it was not his field and for his finger that despite being his field he couldn't do anything about it. Consiglio per migliorare il servizio di pensionare i vecchi dipendenti e completare il ricambio generazionale. P	Pervinca Garofalo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' da stamattina alle 8.30 che cerco di mettermi in contatto per prenotare una risonanza e, dopo 4 ore di tentativi, non sono riuscita a parlare con nessuno perché i numeri di telefono riportati sul loro sito sono sempre occupati. Non c'è nemmeno una voce guida. Quindi non penso di poter dare delle valutazioni sui servizi perchè non credo di riuscire mai a prenotare il servizio. It is from this morning at 8.30 that I try to get in touch to book a resonance and, after 4 hours of attempts, I have not been able to talk to anyone because the phone numbers on their website are always busy. There is not even a guiding voice. So I don't think I can rate services because I don't think I can ever book the service.

Mi sono operato per la rottura del legamento crociato + menisco, operazione durata due ore e mezza sotto le mani esperte del Dott. Giovanni D’Onofrio, Specialista in Ortopedia e Traumatologia e il Dott. Roberto De Vito hai quali vanno i miei più sinceri ringraziamenti per la loro umanità e professionalita'. Un ringraziamento particolare devo farlo anche ha tutti gli infermieri e dottori del terzo piano (Ortopedia Uomini) che lavorano in modo amichevole ma nello stesso tempo seri e professionali, pulizia e cibo buoni, per non dimenticare i ragazzi e ragazze esperti che lavorano nel reparto di riabilitazione in una palestra moderna ed attrezzata. L'unica pecca, se così vogliamo chiamarla, è l'orario di visita del pomeriggio che inizia alle 18:30, un po' tardi per chi non abita a Lamezia Terme. Abbiamo visto un dipendente in pantaloni e camice verde e ci siamo avvicinati per chiedere una informazione giacché stava palesemente chiaccherando con un suo amico. E fin qui ci sta, per carità, ma girarsi in maniera sgarbata verso mio suocero e dire "deve aspettare. Sto parlando" e girarsi di spalle, lo reputo un comportamento talmente triste e squallido che siamo andati via e abbiamo prenotato la nostra tac presso un'altra struttura. This morning with my father-in-law, an eighty-year-old heart patient, we stopped in front of the "Villa Michelino" in Lamezia Terme. We saw an employee in trousers and a green coat and we approached to ask for information as he was obviously chatting with a friend of his. And so far there is, for heaven's sake, but to turn rudely to my father-in-law and say "you have to wait. I'm talking" and turn your back, I think it is such a sad and squalid behavior that we went away and we booked our tac at another structure.

Kindness, respect and hospitality. And a lot of humility really, for being the first time and having done only an MRI I had a great time.
