★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questa struttura dal 19/09 al 10/10 in seguita ad una frattura anca femore. Personale adorabile, professionale, competente. Ottima la fisioterapia. Oggi sono come nuova. Un abbraccio a tutto lo staff.
 I was in this facility from 09/19 to 10/10 following a hip fracture. Lovely, professional, knowledgeable staff. Excellent physiotherapy. Today I am like new. A hug to all the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la fortuna di poter trovare accoglienza per mia madre per la riabilitazione dopo la rottura del femore presso questo ottimo Istituto. Complimenti a tutto il personale di ogni ordine e grado per la professionalità, gentilezza, educazione, simpatia e disponibilità a comprendere e aiutare chi si trova ad affrontare situazioni difficili e delicate. I medici competenti e collaborativi, il personale infermieristico paziente ed efficiente, i fisioterapisti/e bravi e giustamente energici, le signore dell'accoglienza simpatiche, cortesi e di grande aiuto. In ultimo ma non per importanza, accurata pulizia, cibo buono e menù ben studiato, grande umanità da parte di tutti. Consiglio vivamente il Presidio Marconi a chi debba purtroppo averne bisogno.
I was lucky enough to be able to find a welcome for my mother for rehabilitation after breaking the femur at this excellent institute. Congratulations to all staff of every order and degree for professionalism, kindness, education, sympathy and willingness to understand and help those who face difficult and delicate situations. The competent and collaborative doctors, the patient and efficient nursing staff, the good and rightly energetic physiotherapists, the friendly, courteous and helpful help ladies. Last but not least, careful cleaning, good food and well-studied menus, great humanity on the part of all. I highly recommend the Marconi Presidium to those who unfortunately need it.

Non potendo visitare i pazienti si può chiamare solo dalle 12,30 alle 13,30. È una vincita alla lotteria.
Sempre occupato, quando rispondono per passare il medico e aver notizie squilla e poi riattaccano.
Si richiama ci dicono di lasciare il telefono çhe
Richiameranno. Non succede. Il medico alle 14 va via e ti rimandano all'indomani.
Un paziente ricoverato da giovedi 27.5 ad oggi non si sa niente.meno male che è una struttura leader della sanità.
A careggi x il covid non potendo andare, il medico tutti i giorni chiamava x dare notizie.
Ho chiamato l'ufficio qualità x esporre la questione, quando ho chiesto il nome di un responsabile è stato riattaccato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia mamma dopo la rottura del femore è rimasta un mese nel presidio Marconi e si è trovata molto bene.purtroppo ancora non cammina x un problema di decubito al piede che non è ancora guarito...ma nonostante questo ha fatto sempre riabilitazione. Se non fosse stato troppo caro a pagamento sarebbe rimasta ancora volentieri... grazie a tutti...medici infermieri oss e centraliniste .
After breaking her femur, my mother stayed a month in the Marconi hospital and found herself very well.Unfortunately she still does not walk for a pressure problem in her foot that has not yet healed ... but despite this she always did rehabilitation.
