★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi presento in struttura per accompagnare un minore disabile a fare una visita; Mi viene chiesto il Green pass presento il certificato di esenzione da vaccino. L'esenzione non viene ritenuta valida ma chiedono il tampone.. nessuno mi aveva avvisato prima di questa necessità, anzi la mail della ASL che mi ha rilasciato il certificato dice espressamente che con l'esenzione non c'è necessità di presentare tampone.. chiedo di mettermi per iscritto che non faranno la visita a mio figlio e mi offrono la possibilità di fare tampone in modo immediato Così da avere Green pass.. accetto senza problemi mi presentano il conto di €26 (neanche 15 come in farmacia) nonostante la legge preveda tampone gratuito per chi ha esenzione..
Dopo un'ora e 40 minuti di attesa e €26 spesi,non dovuti , finalmente sono riuscito a fare la visita.
Breve storia triste.
I come to the facility to accompany a disabled minor for a visit; I am asked for the Green pass, I present the vaccine exemption certificate. The exemption is not considered valid but they ask for the swab .. no one had warned me of this need before, indeed the email of the ASL that issued me the certificate expressly says that with the exemption there is no need to present a swab .. I ask to put in writing that they will not visit my son and they offer me the possibility to swab immediately In order to have a Green pass .. I accept without problems they present me the bill of € 26 (not even 15 as in the pharmacy) despite the law provides for a free buffer for those with exemption ..
After an hour and 40 minutes of waiting and € 26 spent, not due, I finally managed to make the visit.
Sad short story.

Prenoto una visita fisiatrica presso la struttura, 40 minuto di viaggio da Fidenza, arrivato in loco attendo 1 ora oltre all'orario di prenotazione, dopo questa interminabile attesa io ed altri pazienti veniamo gentilmente mandati via perché la dottoressa non ha tempo di visitare causa urgenza in pronto soccorso. Mi vengono restituiti i soldi, ma il tempo che ho peso? Il dolore alla spalla ancora senza una terapia specialistica.
If you could give less than one star I would. I book a physiatric visit at the facility, 40 minute travel from Fidenza, arrived on site I wait 1 hour in addition to the booking time, after this interminable wait I and other patients are kindly sent away because the doctor does not have time to visit due to urgency in the emergency room. I get my money back, but how long do I have weight? Shoulder pain still without specialist therapy.

Un ringraziamento particolare all'anestesista che è stato molto di conforto. Naturalmente il grazie per eccellenza va al Dott. Giovanni De Rossi che è sempre il TOP.
I was yesterday for a day surgery at the very clean facility. I would like to thank everyone for their courtesy and availability. Special thanks to the anesthetist who was very comforting. Of course, thanks par excellence goes to Dr. Giovanni De Rossi who is always the TOP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura eccellente. Mi sono sempre affidata, sia per me sia per i miei anziani genitori. Purtroppo in questi giorni ho riscontrato pochissima attenzione ai miei bisogni espressi telefonicamente. Anzi nessun ascolto da parte della caposala del reparto di riabilitazione in un momento molto delicato. Rimpiango il reparto di medicina in cui la caposala aveva un ascolto davvero unico e una dolcezza encomiabile anche con gli anziani. Se avessi bisogno di riabilitazione, mi rivolgerei altrove anche in un paese lontano. Qui no.
Excellent facility. I have always trusted myself, both for myself and for my elderly parents. Unfortunately these days I have found very little attention to my needs expressed by telephone. Indeed, no listening by the head nurse of the rehabilitation department in a very delicate moment. I regret the medical ward where the head nurse had a truly unique listening and a commendable sweetness even with the elderly. If I needed rehabilitation, I would go elsewhere even in a distant country. Not here.

Per un isteroscopia operativa. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta dalla struttura molto accogliente e dal personale medico e infermieristico.
Un ringraziamento speciale alla infermiera Antonella che mi ha accolta con tanta dolcezza e gentilezza e ringrazio tanto dottor Montagna per l'intervento che ha fatto . Tutti molto gentili e competenti. Complimenti. Da consigliare.

I went to this nursing home for an outpatient surgery.
For an operative hysteroscopy. I was very satisfied with the very welcoming structure and the medical and nursing staff.
A special thanks to the nurse Antonella who welcomed me with so much sweetness and kindness and I thank Dr. Montagna so much for the surgery she did. All very kind and competent. Well done. To be recommended.
