Il personale è molto cordiale, disponibile nel dare informazioni ed ogni tipo di assistenza sia a chi deve effettuare visite, esami specialistici e/o a famigliari od operatori che accompagnano gli anziani. Sorprendente la puntualità nell'eseguire gli accertamenti come da appuntamento sulla richiesta. Unica pecca, non per loro responsabilità, la distanza con Bologna. Quello che non va è che, per ritirare un esito costituito da 3 fogli A4, ho dovuto fare 50+50 km, perchè non inviano tramite mail (???). Avrei potuto farmelo inviare per posta, ma ho preferito evitare ritardi, disguidi, ecc...ecc... Non capisco quale possa essere il motivo per non usare la posta elettronica. Sicuramente non la privacy, avendo dato io stessa il mio indirizzo di p.e.. I have always had a good time and I like to go for visits / exams, despite being 50 km from where I live. L	Lutiano Moscardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono operato all'anca sinistra protesi completa , il dott.Sperati e tutto lo staff sono stati eccezionali l'operazione non mi sono neppure accorto di averla subita. per il dopo se si sente dolore basta suonare il campanello che le infermiere corrono e se ai bisogno ti danno gli antidolorifici ma non solo pensano atutto ai bisogno di essere lavato ti lavano ti vestono insomma tutto per le pulizie la clinica e sempre splendente grazie a Carla che poi ci serviva colazione e pranzo per la fisioterapia ce' Andrea che ti segue passo passo e lo ringrazio , io sono stato in altri ospedali ma qui' siamo ad un altro livello a partire dalla cucina , un grande ringraziamento a tutti ( ho fatto solo 2 nomi perche conoscevo solo quegli non perche gli altri non lo meritino ) un grande abbraccio e saluti a tutti ciao. Da marzabotto dobbiamo venire a ritirare personalmente l’esito perché nel 2022 non sanno cosa sia il fascicolo sanitario se non per l’esito scritto dell esame ma non per le immagini. Imbarazzante. La gentilezza in questi posti dovrebbe essere la regola,ma a quanto pare non va più di moda. Anche no. Grumpy administrative staff, not very friendly and not at all kind to patients. From marzabotto we have to come and collect the results personally because in 2022 they do not know what the health record is, except for the written results of the exam but not for the images. Sant orsala took me the same day I left casa di cura for hospitalisation because I was in live danger. Casa cura 3th floor should have transferd me too sant orsala but refused. They put me in live danger. I am only 52! Never go too this place. Not professionals. Maybe only go for an MRI. They did this ok but result takes to long.
