Devo dire che al primo impatto sono rimasto un pochino stupido per alcuni piccoli dettagli. Nel proseguo dei giorni di ricovero ho potuto toccare con mano ed in più occasioni L'IMPEGNO E LA DEDIZIONE AL PROPRIO RUOLO MESSO IN CAMPO DALLO STAFF MEDICO; DALLE CAPOSALA (CHE COORDINANO IN MANIERA E IN MODO ESEMPLARE I REPARTI); DALLO STAFF DEI FISIOTERAPISTI (COMPLIMENTI A MIRJAM CHE CI HA AIUTATO CON ALCUNI ESERCIZI); IL PERSONALE INFERMIERISTICO CHE SÌ IMPEGNA NEL PROPRIO RUOLO BEN OLTRE IL CONTRATTO DI REPARTO PRENDENDOSI CURA AMOREVOLE DEI PAZIENTI E DOVE POSSIBILE FA' DI TUTTO PER FARLI SENTIRE A PROPRIO AGIO; (UNA MENZIONE SPECIALE LA VOGLIO FARE ALL'INFERMIERA LAURA, CHE È STATA IN QUEL PERIODO UN ANGELO, SEMPRE PRONTA A SUPPORTARCI E A SOPPORTARCI...) IL PERSONALE ADDETTO E NON DI RUOLO SEMPRE PRONTO E IMPEGNATO AD AIUTARE E SVOLGENDO UN ECCELLENTE SERVIZIO. Il MIO PERSONALE PLAUSO AL DOTTOR Francesco WALDNER che ha potuto e saputo creare un UN OTTIMO COORDINAMENTO, UN OTTIMO STAFF MEDICO, UN OTTIMO STAFF DI CAPOSALA, UN OTTIMO STAFF DI FISIOTERAPISTI (MIRJAM DOCET) UN OTTIMO STAFF INFERMIERISTICO E DI PERSONALE ADDETTO DI SERVIZIO. During the days of hospitalization I was able to touch the COMMITMENT AND DEDICATION TO OUR ROLE PUT ON THE FIELD BY THE MEDICAL STAFF on several occasions; FROM THE HEAD OFFICES (WHICH COORDINATE THE DEPARTMENTS IN AN EXAMPLE WAY); FROM THE STAFF OF PHYSIOTHERAPISTS (CONGRATULATIONS TO MIRJAM WHO HELPED US WITH SOME EXERCISES); THE NURSING STAFF WHO ARE COMMITTED TO THEIR ROLE BEYOND THE DEPARTMENT CONTRACT, TAKING LOVELY CARE OF THE PATIENTS AND WHERE POSSIBLE DO EVERYTHING TO MAKE THEM FEEL AT EASE; (A SPECIAL MENTION I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE TO NURSE LAURA, WHO WAS AN ANGEL IN THAT PERIOD, ALWAYS READY TO SUPPORT AND SUPPORT US ...) THE STAFF AND NON-ROLE ALWAYS READY AND COMMITTED TO HELP AND PERFORM EXCELLENT SERVICE. G	Giovanna De Antoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio papà è stato ricoverato nella struttura nuova della villa melita, è una persona molto fragile con pluripatologie e lo hanno abbandonato a se stesso nonostante lui chiedesse un minimo di aiuto nell'igiene in quanto non è del tutto autonomo e ahimè questa cosa lo ha segnato perché sta peggio di prima psicologiacamente e le sue condizioni cliniche sono peggiorate. My dad was hospitalized in the new structure of the villa melita, he is a very fragile person with multiple pathologies and they left him to himself even though he asked for a minimum of help in hygiene as he is not completely autonomous and alas this thing has marked him because he is psychologically worse than before and his clinical condition has worsened.

The doctor was always "doing his rounds" or "just out". Haven't got an update on her health ever since. My grandma might be dying and they just refuse to give out any information.
