Mi chiedo come si possano rilasciare opinioni negative relative a una struttura nella quale ci si sente a casa propria sotto tutti i punti di vista! Perfectly efficient, functional structure, highly qualified staff with patience, great affection for patients and undisputed professionalism even in critical situations. I wonder how one can release negative opinions about a structure in which one feels at home from all points of view!

Medici e infermieri e fisioterapisti seguono il paziente in tutto il suo percorso ospedaliero con amore e passione. I pasti arrivano caldi e abbondanti, di qualità superiore rispetto ad altre strutture, ricchi in proteine vitamine e tutto ciò che serve per mettersi in forza!!!! Grazie a tutto lo staff e bravi continuate così!!!! Simply excellent A top structure !!!! Maximum professionalism from all the staff, especially nurses and doctors !!!! Il personale è di indubbia professionalità e gli ambienti accoglienti e puliti. Nonostante il periodo di restrizione, dovuto all'epidemia da Covid 19, mi sono sentita sempre in famiglia. Ringrazio di cuore tutti gli operatori. After undergoing knee surgery, I spent about thirty days in this rehabilitation facility. The staff is of undoubted professionalism and the rooms are welcoming and clean. Despite the period of restriction, due to the Covid 19 epidemic, I always felt at home. I sincerely thank all the operators.

Appena Arrivato un'accoglienza più che famigliare dico davvero tutto lo staff dai Medici al resto,dalla A alla Z di una gentilezza unica fuori dal comune, si vede che lavorano con il Cuore. Ottima anche la cucina in quanto viene preparato tutto in struttura,Attenti all'esigenza del paziente dal primo giorno si prendono cura di te come se fossi uno di famiglia con l'intenzione di rimetterti in piedi in maniera autonoma al 100%.il lavoro dei fisioterapisti poi il Top, tutti Giovani ragazzi molto professionali ringrazio veramente tutti per avermi rimesso in piedi in così poco tempo . Il personale sempre attento alle esigenze dei pazienti, i medici molto preparati e professionali, la gestione della struttura impeccabile. I pasti arrivano caldi, ben preparati, abbondanti e negli orari giusti. In altre strutture servono la cena alle 17 e la colazione oltre le 9.00, lasciando i pazienti a digiuno per 16 ore e pretendendo che poi riescano nella riabilitazione! Le stanze sono maniacalmente pulite, lavano e disinfettano tutto tre volte al giorno Il Korian è un piccolo miracolo, lontano dai fasti della città, nelle campagne di Noci, dove tutto funziona perfettamente e dove i pazienti e il loro benessere è la priorità. La mia esperienza è fortemente positiva. La mia mamma ha avuto la gran fortuna di essere curata ed assistita in questa clinica e i miglioramenti si son visti sin dal primo giorno. Spesso ci si dimentica quanto l'amore, il sorriso, la gentilezza e le premure possano aiutare i malati. Qui no! Qui lo sanno bene? Grazie Korian ❤️ A nursing home of excellence. The staff always attentive to the needs of patients, the very trained and professional doctors, the management of the structure impeccable. Meals arrive hot, well prepared, plentiful and at the right times. Other facilities serve dinner at 5pm and breakfast after 9am, leaving patients fasting for 16 hours and demanding that they succeed in rehabilitation! The rooms are maniacally clean, they wash and disinfect everything three times a day The Korian is a small miracle, far from the glories of the city, in the countryside of Noci, where everything works perfectly and where patients and their well-being is the priority. My experience is highly positive. My mom was lucky enough to be treated and assisted in this clinic and the improvements have been seen since the first day. F	Francesco Sardella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato presso questa struttura a seguito della frattura del Femore. L'acccoglienza è stata semplicemente perfetta da parte di tutti. Tutto il personale fa di tutto per farti sentire a casa, che non è poco. Per quanto riguarda il mangiare, non sembra di essere in una struttura "ospedaliera", caldo, abbondante, vario e buono (non ho neanche potuto sfruttare l'occasione per fare un pochino di dieta :)). Per quanto riguarda i terapisti, non ci sono parole, sono tutti giovani, preparati, competenti e attenti a tutte le tue esigenze e sono riusciti a mettermi in condizioni di affrontare il viaggio di rientro a Roma (dove vivo) senza nessun problema, e si sono presi i complimenti per lavoro svolto anche da parte dei fisioterapisti che mi stanno seguendo a Roma. Il mio grazie è rivolto davvero a tutto il personale dell'istituto, ma ci tengo in particolar modo a ringraziare i fisioterapisti che mi hanno seguito più da vicino, che sono Michele, Mina, Paola e Carolina; tutti gli infermieri ma in particolare Cosimo e Erika, gli OSS ed in particolare Martino, Mariangela e Vito, i fisiatri e la dottoressa Carucci, ed anche la Sig.ra Elena della reception per la sua cordialità e disponibilità. The last but not the least, il direttore Giovanni Lacittignola, che considero un amico oramai. Davvero una struttura valida e consigliata I was at this facility following the fracture of the femur. As for the therapists, there are no words, they are all young, prepared, competent and attentive to all your needs and they managed to put me in a position to face the return trip to Rome (where I live) without any problem, and yes compliments are also taken for work done by the physiotherapists who are following me in Rome. My thanks are really addressed to all the staff of the institute, but I particularly want to thank the physiotherapists who have followed me more closely, who are Michele, Mina, Paola and Carolina; all the nurses but in particular Cosimo and Erika, the OSS and in particular Martino, Mariangela and Vito, the physiatrists and Dr. Carucci, and also Mrs. Elena of the reception for her cordiality and availability. I pazienti con patologie, a maggior ragione se anziani, vengono abbandonati: isolamento, disidratazione, denutrizione, nessuna medicazione o pulizia per far sì che le loro condizioni peggiorino in pochi giorni. Non possono decidere loro quando una persona deve morire!!!! Fate ATTENZIONE! EVITATE questo posto se volete bene ai vostri cari. The WORST nursing home / rehabilitation clinic in all of Puglia. Incompetent and unqualified staff. Patients with pathologies, even more so if they are elderly, are abandoned: isolation, dehydration, malnutrition, no medication or cleaning to ensure that their conditions worsen in a few days. They cannot decide when a person is to die !!!! Be careful! AVOID this place if you love your loved ones.
m	margherita carrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non meriterebbe nemmeno una stella, mio nonno è ritornato in condizioni che non so nemmeno spiegare! Panno zuppo di pipì e di feci che sicuramente non veniva cambiato dal giorno prima minimo. Scatole di medicine nuovissime ritornate in condizioni pietose e infilate una dentro l'altra. Al momento della dimissione mio nonno l'hanno fatto uscire con il pigiama senza nemmeno mettergli una tuta o un altro tipo di abbigliamento. Ho avuto problemi di comunicazione con mio nonno all'inizio perché mi è stato riferito che gli oss/infermieri gli mettevano il cellulare troppo lontano e lui non riusciva a prenderlo perché non riusciva deambulare bene , poi perché dagli oss/infermieri c'era stato detto che il suo telefono non dava più segni di vita, quando in realtà il telefono è stato spento proprio da loro,perché appena rientrato a casa mi sono accertata personalmente che il suo telefono funzionasse e il telefono funziona. Infine il tempo di attesa che c'era per ritirare la biancheria sporca era infinito per poi ricevere un indumento a settimana, quindi non oso immaginare quanto tempo passava affinché mio nonno venisse cambiato. Ci siamo riaffidati a questa struttura perché la prima volta siamo rimasti soddisfatti del servizio offerto, ma questa volta sono stati pessimi,MAI PIÙ! Brand new medicine boxes returned in pitiful conditions and stuffed one inside the other. I had communication problems with my grandfather in the beginning because I was told that the obs / nurses put his cell phone too far away and he could not take it because he could not walk well, then because the obs / nurses had been told that his phone was no longer showing signs of life, when in reality the phone was turned off by them, because as soon as I got home I personally made sure that his phone worked and the phone works. Finally, the waiting time that there was to collect the dirty laundry was infinite to then receive one garment a week, so I can't imagine how long it took for my grandfather to be changed. We relied on this structure because the first time we were satisfied with the service offered, but this time they were bad, NEVER AGAIN!
