★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A prima vista, mi sembrano ambienti poco curati e non mi hanno dato un aspetto di estrema pulizia: grande andirivieni di personale: gentili ma apparentemente freddi. Ho visto portare un Cane a fare le Lastre, tirandolo per il Guinzaglio: mi sarei aspettato una gestione meno sbrigativa e più gentile nei confronti del Cane, in maniera da lasciare un ricordo positivo nel soggetto. In quanto alla bravura, attendo di vedere i risultati in base alla Diagnosi ed alla cura suggerita. Per l'esperienza singola di oggi, non tornerei, ma sono solito dare altre possibilità, nel dubbio che io abbia avuto percezioni distorte, in quanto a volte può capitare. 24/10/2021: confermo che hanno centrato in pieno la diagnosi e sono molto molto competenti e professionali: consigliato assolutamente.
At first glance, they seem to me to be neglected and have not given me an aspect of extreme cleanliness: great coming and going of staff: kind but apparently cold. I saw a dog being taken to make the plates, pulling him by the leash: I would have expected a less hasty and kinder handling towards the dog, in order to leave a positive memory in the subject. As for the skill, I am waiting to see the results based on the Diagnosis and the suggested treatment. For today's single experience, I would not go back, but I usually give other possibilities, in the doubt that I have had distorted perceptions, as sometimes it can happen. 24/10/2021: I confirm that they have fully hit the diagnosis and are very, very competent and professional: absolutely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono diversi anni che ci vado sia con cane che gatti (tutti intorno ai 10 anni) Mi sono sempre trovata molto bene. Preparati e con esperienza. Disponibili anche per le urgenze (e il cane ne ha avute tante) e la cosa che mi piace è che ti coinvolgono e spesso attenti a non causare troppo stress nei loro pazienti.
I have been going there for several years with both dogs and cats (all around 10 years old). I have always found myself very well. Prepared and experienced. Also available for emergencies (and the dog has had many) and the thing I like is that they involve you and often careful not to cause too much stress in their patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curano anche conigli ed animali esotici oltre ai classici cani e gatti.. sempre disponibili e molto professionali, diretti e precisi. Posizionato a fianco del banco bpm in via F.Rosselli dunque è possibile parcheggiare anche comodamente.
They also take care of rabbits and exotic animals in addition to the classic cats and dogs .. always available and very professional, direct and precise. Located next to the bpm counter in via F. Rosselli, it is therefore possible to park comfortably.
