★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una mia parente è stata ricoverata presso la struttura completamente incosciente, le è stato portato dell'abbigliamento e al suo trasferimento in altra struttura non è stato recapitato nulla. Mi chiedo dove sia finito, anche se forse è una domanda retorica! Si spara sulla croce rossa e mi fa specie che la mia parente sia stata trasferita con le pantofole in pieno inverno e con dei vestiti maleodoranti e vecchi. È una vergogna!
A relative of mine was admitted to the facility completely unconscious, clothing was brought to her and nothing was delivered when she was transferred to another facility.
